    Haha, I like this one by far the best. (Excluded instead of Emitted maybe, since I think you meant omitted.)

    I noticed the missing period shortly after it's creation and never bothered to mention it. Soon later, a group actually spelled it correctly (S.H.I.E.L.D.), and we lost our chance to fix it. icon_e_sad.gif

    Congrats to SHIELD. Nice work guys.

    I'm excited to see how the future events unfold. It just adds more flavor to the game and really resonates with that competitive side of me.

    I had assumed S.H.I.E.L.D. was already created when Nick did it, drats.

    Oops, 'excluded' is indeed better. I just looked at google translate's list for 'emit' to make sure and funnily enough it has translations that are homonymous with the word 'omit/exclude' in Russian.

    If everyone adopts this line of thinking then yes, more than likely.

    But based on the first and so far only tourney involving alliances I have no reason to believe we(S.H.I.E.L.D) have some inherent claim to the top spot. It was clear to me to that there are plenty of alliances that did well and that they will only continue to get/do better. That coupled with what we heard from those around the 100th ranked alliance shows me this is just another interesting addition to the game. I'm excited to see the future tweaks that are made.

    I'm sure that a good amount of people in the top 100 alliances ended up getting an extra BP blue cover (which would have been awarded to top 5) that they never would have normally gotten under the old system. More wealth is spread to a larger number of players with alliances.

    There are 95K players, top 20 is highly mutable.
