    aaaaaaaaaaaaand alliance rewards are in. Grats everyone! Be mindful of the amount of ISO you get though, some people only got 250 ISO instead of 2500 for their top 10 finishes.

    I haven't figured out if it has voice communication like Skype, though.
    I take it no one's playing on Steam besides me, Oxin & kVasik? I'm ashamed to tell but I run MPQ... hold it... on my ASUS G46 with nVidia M660. Overkill much, but I also like other games which are more demanding.

    I'm playing on Steam too.

    I'll try out the Kakao in the evening, when I'm at home. Cannot (and should not) play or chat while at the office icon_e_biggrin.gif So just forum for me during the office hours.

    I too play MPQ on an Asus laptop with nVidia M630 (or M6xx-something, not sure). I have set MPQ to run on integrated Intel graphics. I do play other games that DO have 3D graphics. But MPQ eats most of my gaming-time icon_e_wink.gif

    Yes, KakaoTalk is an app but it can also be used on PC, everyone willing to chat join! lockedunlocked is my ID.
    I shielded at #4 too, there's not much difference in individual rewards between top 5 and top 10. We're currently #19 as an alliance right under FittedKitchens (my heroes lol! Their name cracks me up. Many alliances' do though).

    Thanks for the welcome! I also enjoyed the Black Panther cover + ISO rewards, hooray! That was the one BP cover I was missing. Our alliance did pretty dog-gone well for its first outing.
    Is the current slot price 1,400? If so, I'll be glad to help by opening up a slot.
    I hope someone keeps track of the Alliance's battle history! That would be neat to have a record of our finish placement rank, just for history's sake.

    Nope, since we're 14, the current slot price is a hefty 1500 HP. It's definitely not a requirement to pay up, and we're already quite cozy imo, Puce Moose. If you insist then sure, why not. I don't see anyone willing to join us on the horizon though, so no hurry & no need.

    That was fun. Shielded and slept at #2 with 740ish, but had dropped to top 5 by the morning. It'll be interesting to see what they do with the alliance events in future.

    Currently working on the Juggernaut event: only started the Hulk event with a bunch of 1* characters so I didn't place well and I want those Thor covers! Hehe.

    Oh, and I'm on Steam, username: Rheddsworld. Will look into KakaoTalk.

    I actually wish I was mobile instead so I didn't need to download Steam on my work computer and "go to the conference room" so many times each day.

    I'm actually kinda glad to see this event without alliance rewards. I'm not interested in Psylock myself and I kinda need to spend some time tanking my MMR. I didn't wanna drag all of you guys down with me.

    So I downloaded this kakao thing, how do I get into chat with you guys?

    Also, while I play MPQ on my phone, I do spend a lot of time on steam. Same handle there as here.

    OK this must be an incredibly stupid question but... How do I register a Kakao ID from PC? Is it ever possible? Because I do not want YET ANOTHER messenger app on my phone. Really.

    Unfortunately you need to register Kakao first from your mobile. The mobile phone would be required for all of the first steps, but then it's PC only I believe, but if you want to use another PC, you need a code from mobile again. It's okay if you don't want to do it, there are only 3 of us on Kakao atm.

    Let me add you on Steam, soratami. I'm much more often on Steam than any messenger anyway.

    Sorry that I can't buy a slot for us but I try not to spend if I can help it. Tbh everything I have is simply through playing and not buying covers or powers. If down the road you need a slot from me then I can spend to help out. Otherwise I will pull my own weight as evidenced by my high ranking in the last tournament
