Anyone see the "Bonus" weekend announcement celebrating 2 million downloads of the game? You think they could've kicked a direct bonus to the players of ISO or HP. Turns out the bonus is if you buy ISO or HP. Have to admit, I may just have to take advantage of it, though.

I saw that. Human Torch could be interesting but really not looking forward to Lazy Daken. His animations are so annoying and are the reason I never really leveled him. The thought of him as a 3* is just... ugh.

Can you imagine what the 3* version of his powers would be if he indeed is a Lazy Daken? And how it would be when we get him as a level 230 in PvE?

Looks like he is indeed a Lazy Daken.

For the longest time I thought he was completely useless. Then overnight he became this Strike Tile sensation that was internationally loved or hated.

He is very annoying to play against at times, and for that sole reason I am going to pump ISO and covers into him. Daken, to me, is like Kenny Powers...an obnoxious A-Hole that you hate to love.

Part of me is thinking that Daken would be a good third for some of my teams, especially when I'm running Punisher and GSBW. If I'm matching green anyway I may as well get strike tiles out of it. The other part of me is thinking about sitting through those animations and cringing.

My shield ran out in the Thor tourney so I played a couple more matches and re-shielded. I'm in 6th at 678, and really hope that will be good enough for top 10 and my first Patch red cover. Now I'm just watching point totals go up in the Simulator and waiting to make my final run. My hard mode bracket has very little movement.

I shielded a bit ago and I'm still sitting at third behind walkyourpath and Nemek

In Simulator I'm having the everlasting argument with myself of "do I want to play it safe and start my last run at 2 hours before the end, or wait for the final hour for maximum pointage but taking the risk that I could get an unlucky team wipe or two and not have enough time to finish wearing down the nodes"

I hit them about two hours ago now, simulations 8-10 are back up around 1,000 points. I'm going to hit them again in the last hour.

I had to bag the Thor event last night, my level 20 Thor wasn't able to cut it. I had a seed team left so I beat them with a tank team and let it be. I'm hoping it helps me in the Hood event.

Top 2 hard, top 10 normal (I think I was 10 seconds off from finishing on time for 5th), and I think I squeaked in 10th for LoT.

****. Apparently I slipped out of the top 10 in the Thor tourney while I was playing the subs. Still no red Patch cover.

I got 1st in my hard bracket. I was trying to finish one last fight in the normal sub, but didn't quite get it in, so just made top 50 there. Currently 6th in main with 163283.

Next round is going to be tough. My lazyThor's capped at a low level and unless my meetings get cancelled I'm not going to be able to take an early lunch and play the hour before the event ends...

Moral

Patch + Loki + IM35?

CMags + GSBW + cStorm?

They're going to make us earn the big nodes round 4.

Round 4 is going to be a battle for me. I am looking at almost all 230's on the hard side. I'm going to subject myself to the terror until tomorrow morning. I hope my 1-1-1 level 20 (boosted to 110) Thor will be useful...If he isn't, I'm in trouble.

Couldn't resist cashing in my tokens and actually got something I needed -- a red Thor. That was a nice surprise and it will help a little in the next subs.

Great work everyone. It was awesome to see the great torrent of rewards flow a few minutes ago. I was able to score my first top 2 in the hard mode sub, with top 10 in the other. I was kept out of the top 10 in the thor tourney, but ended up 12th. Sooo grateful for the patch covers. It seems like I've been searching for them forever, but he's almost half way done (3/1/2) thanks to you all.

Managed to go undefeated at mtg, and made 1st in the hard bracket, 14th in easy I think. Going to join brackets soon and get some rewards, my missions are still around lvl 80 average. on the ones I checked earlier. Tommorrow/Sunday time to go all out not tip toeing around keeping the mmr low.

All my tokens were complete junk, finished the pve rounds in a restaurant heh.

Got 1st in hard and easy. Got a blue bp that I needed the other 5 were junk. Down to 7 covers I need before having all characters maxed. Went thru both round 4 normal and hard using 189 Thor, 120 hood, and 90 Spider-Man/100 magneto. Think I am done for the night.

Thank God! It appears I'm in a decent bracket this time around. I made my first past through both simulators and I'm probably done for tonight, but right now I'm at 9th overall, 33 easy, 8th hard.

At 185k, probably calling it a night. Massive lead on everyone in my bracket. We are in second overall currently, kind of want to commit this to memory.
