23 tries so far with my 2/2/3 lvl 147 Antman. Mostly done with +2 B/P, +50% B/p, +50% G/B. Got her to 150 and 350 - so I know I can win, but damn it sucks.

First try with 5/2/1 level 135 ant man. I got purple off on the third turn and Jean kept going for blue. Yellow did it's work and really added up the damage. Still got really nasty in the end, I had only 23 health left, she fired one purple off and killed most of my tiles and just got 12 green on her last turn.

lvl 130 Ant-Man did it with fourth attempt finally. Used some color boosts. Battle was nice since i managed to deny purple and green so that JG didn't fire a power not even once and I fired my yellow and purple gaining some damage done gradually but in the end i had only 350 hp left and my only option was to strike with grow and it downed JG yeeehaaaw!

~10 tries.
I allowed her to gather blues. And went after yellow.

She fired green near end but I got blue on board directly before so all strike/attack were stolen from her (or destroyed) in 2 turns. One grow on purple.
Finished with 195hp.

Not even once in those ~10 attempts I had her fire her blue passive, no 5-matches at all.
Seems my A.I. doesn't "cheat"
