I'm back on board -- arrived yesterday seeing 4h left in events, even entered them but technically fainted. I think still was good for an extra red cap cover.

Any news worth my attention? The current tournaments looks not too interesting for extra effort, guess everyone maxed on blue cap long ago and the non-black hulk too?

I pushed Cap over 80 and possibly will add more (2/3/5) and ramble a bit in his tournament -- benching Mags to leave him some actual play too.

The few plays I did in heroic shows it kinda sucks the same way other heroics did.

It really sucks worse than any of those before. I'm actually holding off leveling the allowed chars any further, the game has become far too aggressive in punishing any perceived progress you make. Works out great so far, my opponents are actually going down in level. Given that progression rewards are once again way impossible to obtain it's pretty easy to tell the devs don't even begin to understand the impact of scaling, even after months of stealth fixing it to the worse. I just wish somebody important at D3P would wake up and look at the feedback they are getting, they might actually be able to put the fun back into the game.

i agree. this weekend was no fun to play. my SR cap is 2/4/4 (now 2/4/5) so i've had no real motivation because i have no ISO to level him. Both the Pvp and PvE for this weekend was with limited rosters so the characters I've put time into leveling were useless and I didn't feel like burning through health packs so when my team went down (which it did often Rags cascaded for critical every single time) i just didn't play. they should have given more playing options since the rewards weren't really worth it. I was in a **** bracket to boot. I had 30,000+ and was only in the top 200 when I probably would have been top 50 in many other brackets.

My Cap'n SR is at 2/3/4, he should be higher except for some of my recent notorious 11th place finishes.

The Venom event is just ridiculous and the Deadly seems a lot harder this 2nd round. And like others, I have been pumping Iso into lackluster champs just because they are the only viable candidates I have to compete. Its raining today so I will have time to pop on every hour or so, which you pretty much have to do it seems to have a prayer of competing in VH.

I guess looking at the bright side, it has given me a chance to roll out my 41 BP for a test drive where he is actually my best available choice as my 3rd hero. He seems pretty decent, can't imagine how badass he must be when he gets really juiced.

Err, do I get it right, the hero LR still makes you win 1-3 courageous tokens, but those tokens got nerfed to some 20-30% chance giving a *** hero from the 100% it was?

Pretty much: welcome back! Its no longer really worth competing in a LR unless you are severely lacking in 3*. Best option is to tank, followed by targeting the 26-50 range since its only slightly lower change but a lot less effort/stress.



I took my kids camping this weekend. Was 45 min outside San Francisco. So explain to me how I had NO reception from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening? Anyway, I got back, did some missions but RB was maxed so I could only pull myself up a bit. Went with the 3x tokens vs the Hawkeye I knew I didnt need and focused on the Bad is Good as I was pretty sure I could pull the LCapSR covers. Which was a nice reward as I was, fairly easily, able to push to high 700s and took 1st! The guy behind me must have been pissed. He was #1 by 70 or so at 550 when I joined. I passed him up and then watched as he tried to catch back up. He fell about 80pts short, and 3rd was around 515. Oh well, got another X-Force so he is now 3/5/1. I figured Id put the reds in just because, who knows what he will look like post buffing (that's still a thing, right?). And LCapSR is now 3/3/5 and I have some ISO for him!

Anyway, I should be more available for this round of PVE as its during the week....any tips are much appreciated (RB, order to complete, refresh rates, etc). Thanks!

I would say don't wait until the last second cuz with the limited roster for the event, you will find yourself dead and out of healthpacks faster than Quicksilver running on top of a Thor Thunderbolt.

Wolvie + Psy are doing quite ok. In fact I got better results with them than with BP + MStorm. Difference in levels and covers might be a matter though - Psy is 533 while BP 333.

Im using Wolvie + Psy (3/2/2) as well, and its doing some damage. I think the best news is that Im coming out with pretty significant damage so scaling isnt going crazy. Even with prologue healing its stayed manageable.

I try to hit #1 in all PvE events so my views are more skewed. You can certainly get a top 50 finish quite easily using whoever you got but you really need BP or HT to make a push for top 2 (which I barely missed).

You still keep them because I have some random +50% damage to Maggia stuff from the last Thor event.

Keep in mind most PvE events are not classified as heroic.

The +50% damage heroic mode only doesn't apply to matches, but does work on all moves and stacks to 3. They cost 500 HP to refill, so I'd recommend keeping one around so you don't accidentally buy more.

Marvel man your in my main bracket for first avenger. I will be pushing towards 1100 later and calling it an event so your welcome to top spot I won't be pushing for IW just want the alliance points. I will start pushing for 4* when I can actually level my 3*.

We have a full lunar eclipse over the U.S. right now. I got up to check it out, it looks crazy. The moon is blood red...it seems other worldy.

Im undecided on whether to push, and stay, at number one. Ran up to ~950 last night, but down to 750 now. I dont need the Hulks so Im thinking I should leave them for others, unless I need something to do and suddenly crave IW blue.

The devs and QA distanced so much away from the game... 26-50 provides 2 heroics and 9-25 1 diabolic. That was about fair for old diabolic but the current one is barely better than heroic and definitely much worse than two.
