    X-Men is full of so many additions over time you can never be too sure. Sage was the one that came into my mind as possibility. Some years ago there was First X-Men which I have not read so dunno what happened there. And I would not be surprised if some other story done meanwhile that I have no idea. Oh, and recent movieverse is also different and so on.

    EDIT: Another wild guess would be Amelia Voght. I think she was still with Charles when he was starting X-Men, but she was probably never recruit I guess and have not really read about how and when she left.

    Sage is pretty damn close. She was one of the first though -same time as the original group
