    Hey guys,

This is just a case of miscommunication on my part. I haven't had a clear conversation with Support yet which is happening this morning. Support were continuing to proceed with the previous info they had.

Your tickets are still under consideration.

Thanks and apologies for the delay.

They are trying to squelch the whole thing. He deleted my post about asking for a refund and gave me a warning :/

No one is trying to squelch anything. This thread wouldn't exist if we were trying to squelch things. As was messaged to you, your post was removed for breaking forum rules and encouraging players to engage in actions that may violate the game's Terms of Use.

    Thanks.

I'm a free player and I'm fine with the 100 crystals. Thank you for them, by the way.

I do think that people who spent actual money for crystals and then spent them on Battle for Zendikar packs should receive additional compensation.

I'm thinking something along the lines of 1 of the new cards or maybe 1 5-card Battle for Zendikar pack for each $10 they spent would be fair. If you give them a free card they'll still need to get 16 more cards. If they already opened a fat pack or two, a lot of the stuff they pull are going to be duplicates and will be ground into dust.

What you want is a happy customer. The people who actually spend money on this game at the prices you're charging ought to be treated like gold. Give them nothing now, and they may never spend another dime. Give them something now, and they might continue to support the game. Good luck!

My ticket was answered, and they credited my account with the "Special Offer" pack, I think it's called. The 250 crystals and 15000 runes. So, I'm ok with that. Thanks, d3, for responding.

That's fair. I didn't spend as much, so I'm ok with it. But it seems fair to keep talking with them if you did spend that much.
