If they would have kept the lobbies to 500 players, this would not have been so insane. I spent at least 12 hours of playtime and was behind by a good 350 ribbons in a lobby of 2.5k. Only 10 out of 2500 can have a reward? Everyone is posting ideas. Why not just have a ribbon store. Hardcore grinders can get rewards faster, P2W can get rewards instantly, and casuals can get rewards eventually. Each event could be bonus ribbons per placement. I liked the planeswalker reward, and if I had played nonstop for the whole event, I could have gotten Garruk. Getting up to rank 18, and getting a rare I and a pack of trash I already own is so rewarding.

Agree. The 3k size lobbies now make playing casually 1-2 hours a day not really thing. I dunno about you guys, but I like my casual puzzle games not to be grindfests that require me play the game at certain times. No thanks.

Ya, it is almost getting to the point of burning out. The grinding is way too overwhelming. If they would add a "ribbon store" or milestones to make the grinding alittle more rewarding that would be way nice.

I've found I enjoy the game much more now that I've stopped trying to be competitive in quick battle. Play once to secure my 200 ruins. I had forgotten that story mode is quite enjoyable. I'll return to quick battle if the brackets are lowered or prizes become more generous. I'm just not up to thoughtless grinding for hours on end. But, to each their own.
