For a seven day event, I am pretty sure you can get the command points even if you miss 1.5 days. But slice 4 is ridiculously competitive. Normally no one grinds to 1 point. But I think people are doing that. Normally for a 24 hr sub event, people do maybe 7 clears max, but looking at the leaderboards, this winter soldier is either extremely attractive or ddq is being a tinykitty and placed me in the most competitive one on that slice.

It's almost as if they changed the bracket thing and have several happening side by side for each slice or they have reserved me a spot on one of the more competitive ones even before I joined the slice.

I'm also not a big fan of 7 day events. With 2 days 23 hours left, the slice I'm in at least the top 12 have gotten the 25 cps already. I'm sitting in 8th so could only see the top 12.

I've been doing two clears and grinding the easy nodes, I'm in t25 every time no problem. What slice do you choose , I always pick slice 1
Are you in beginner or vet slices? No way you'd be anywhere near T25 in my group. I just did first clear of sub 6, am at 105K and am 13th in mine.

I tend to join several hours after the event starts. Its risky, but this was I ensure I'm in a less competitive bracket so if I miss a clear its not detrimental to my progress.

Right now in hulk I'm at approximately 68000 points into the event with 1day 5 hours remaining at 85th.

I am not grinding down all nodes at the end except the easy ones if I have time. I should reach 25cp progression part way through the final subnode tomorrow.

I have definitely not been playing optimally, and I have missed several full or partial clears due to life or sleeping. If I miss top 100 then its not a big deal, I'm more interested in the CP.

I have in the past managed to push from top 100 to top 20 in the final sub alone when I'm in a slice like this, purely because people hit the CP reward then stop - but i doubt this can happened with this event being tied to a major civil war event.

Like I said, it is risky, but 90% of the time I can join a slice with 200-500 people and be in the top 50 by the end. Even in a nearly full sub I've been ok.
