Just a heads-up:

I'll be traveling starting tomorrow; I won't be home until Monday. I should be able to participate somewhat in the events over the intervening time, but not as much as usual. Unfortunately, that's going to include the Kamala PVP, though I'll pick my end time and everything around maximizing play time, and shield extra if that's what I have to do.

Since PVE will probably be a rerun with lousy prizes, that may get extremely short shrift. That's going to be harder to keep up with.

They were reporting on the other threads that you may be able to keep playing after round 8, which is good news for those of us that will still want Quicksilver covers. Makes sense, since he's liable to dominate the metagame from here on out.

I'm guessing we'll finish round 8 midday tomorrow. Reminder to everyone: prioritize Quicksilver essentials, since those can give you tokens.

Great job everyone on another successful Season. We finished 19th so for the 2nd season in a row we finished in the top 25! Why, one might say we are a Top 25 PvP alliance now. Come on DecoyDuck, say it. You know you want to.

Nice teamwork on Ultron.

After reading all the alliances that are struggling or imploding, it was nice we all worked together and spread the points as far as we could, once we knew they were limited.

Time to hope Ultron 2.0 later this week doesn't get crazy.

I think our 900th place in PVE speaks for itself.
And midseason PVPs with no awesome rewards? Hibernate away. Or hit Ultron.

I'm operating under the assumption that we should keep our foot on the gas even after we hit the one million mark? Given that there may end up being twice as many points in the system this time around, I don't think people are going to lock each other out of hitting the million mark. I'm more worried we're going to need to clear 20 million health for Ultron in Round 8 and we won't get the final cover.

Nice work on Ultron. Full Clear on U1 and into phase 8 on U2. Nice to have some Hulkbusters!

It looks like we will be looking for a new recruit or two so a couple people can take an MPQ break. We've been so stable since January, that DecoyDuck's been slacking on his recruitment post.

I'll tell you, I've gone from barely being able to break 600, to being able to break 1000 (if real life permits.) So if you're looking to enjoy MPQ at a higher level, take a look at post 1.

So where are we now? THIRTEEN Seasons in. We made top100 EVERY durn season as a team.
It's rare nowadays, but we are one of the originals... one of the original alliances back when it was max five slots and they did nothing.
This is CareBearStare... born out a philosophy to play well, be decent, have fun, and to be awesome to each other. We started out as casual as can be... and what happened? We won. We hit the top100 and we stayed there. We even hang out with top50 and top25. We never had to make bunch of rules and requirements and minimums... we succeeded without them. We communicate, we listen, we actively manage the team. We want our members to evolve and get better. We expect all bears to understand the responsibilities involved with a top alliance, as well as reap the rewards of a top alliance. Stare on.
