If I had to make a node and was told to make it go a long time, KK/Sentry/Marvel would be right up there as an option. After downing KK, you have two characters that have more health than level 144 OBW/Storm.

Two movers in 1* land today, only a matter of time before Juggy put there to troll everyone?

4* was much easier today. Don't know if you can make it out of that round without damage from initial double Konran though. I take it as confirmation that Psylock is getting a buff.

2 movers yes... but they were both still 2*s, so I think that has been built into whatever algorithm they're now using. If they put in a 1* they'd have to (shocked gasp) UPDATE THE DESCRIPTION!!!!! So I think we're safe.

Yeah, today wasn't too bad. Without knowing the exact matchup in BE, I'll probably be less likely to experiment, but there's other nodes to screw around in.

Thanks again for posting the rounds, rainkingucd. I wasn't able to give you a thumbs up (I had the same thing Moon Roach always complains about), but hopefully this is just as good icon_e_smile.gif

Updating for The Big Enchilada 15 Feb 2016:

    Wave 1: Spy, Control, Commander
    Wave 2: Decoy, Criterion, Empiricist
    Wave 3: Grenadier, Kingpin, Sniper
Wave 4: Ultron, Falcap, Captain Steve

For Under the Sea it's all the Empiricist/Criterion/Control goons. No movers at all

I had the exact same enemies, 15 Feb 16. Transitioning from 2*, it was hard. I had to use Phoenix to get by. Phoenix has been messing with my matchmaking, but it seems that I must keep her around for Big Enchilada.

3 movers in that guy was a bit of a shock!!

I've also noticed of late the team ups being the same as enemy teams re: kingpin

    Happened a couple of times
  • damn. just damn.

two waves of ultron sentries followed by a switch in wave three and a final wave of doom, dp, and fury. all the mana the sentries get from jerking you around for two complete waves gets smashed in your face. first wipe in ages. get ready for "fun". who likes surprises? icon_e_confused.gif

and then i get iw yellow from elektra icon_rolleyes.gif

Just played Prof X and it was VS Elektra

Note: I got 2 5 matches and his passive did not go off. I got lucky and just match damaged her down to kill her as I only have 2 yellow (5/2/2). It took a while though.

Two rounds of ultron goons to start is brutal.

Psylock in Hulk round again - she was used earlier this week. Maybe variety, maybe she'll get a buff?

I wonder if Elektra in PX node also signifies buff.

My go to Big Enchilada team is IM40, DocOck, Bullseye. Loads of fun with strike and attack everywhere, and IM40 going crazy. I built up my AP, strike & attack everywhere, but a stray cascade accidentally finished wave 3 on a match rather than a power. Wave 4 started with A Little off the Top, followed by Demolition, then Summon Demons, and lastly Whales! Whales! Whales!. Fortunately still had the health to survive.

unless you had enough health today nearly required you to deny wave 3 a turn. made it, but hate any wave node that stats with flyers and ends with strong characters.
Two waves of Ultron Sentries?! Holy moly
wave 2 was easy. 1 sucked.

Definitely true. I ran Steve Rogers, IM40 & Kamala, so fortunately I was able to stun Witch before she use any of the accumulated AP. That may be my new standard team, unless we see the first wave ninjas+muscle goons again, where Moonstone is just to fun not to use.

While I think the new, random DDQ format is interesting, the variance of difficulty is pretty insane. Sunday only had two non-goons (Psylocke & 2* Wolverine) in all of the Big Enchilada, while today was downright lethal if you had even slightly below average luck.
  • Well....that was absurd. After 3 attempts with my highest characters (She-Hulk 120\Beast 120\ Magneto 115) and several Health packs later....I got uber stomped and denied my only means of guaranteed 3* Character Progression.

That's a great way to encourage people to keep playing, by changing the only thing that wasn't broken. Now it feels like the game is halting my progress.....
