Screwed out of the daily reward fat pack again!!

How is it some got their fatpack? Time zone issues?
Played every day this month, calendar looked to be off a day whole month, then, like others, reset and no reward can be claimed.0 -
Collected FP on 31st, cannot collect runes on the 1st.

No Kore, not "Patience everyone". You got your fat pack and are now only being stopped from collecting your first day of the month reward. There seem to been lots of people that have been screwed out of the fat pack instead - a completely different level of frustration. It may be a time zone issue, or something else, but it feels like some fairly lax code checking before release.
The big thing for me is that the game was released mid December and there was such a long period of non-communication that I feel the good will to the developers has already been severely impacted. I want to believe they will sort it out, but I have not seen anything yet that makes me feel that they have earned my patience.0 -
I was lucky enough to collect fp, but I also have the broken collect button issue now.0

I'm having the same issue where things were reset and I can't collect the next reward.0

They're redoing the daily reward system in the upcoming patch. Hopefully it will be released tomorrow, and will fix the problem with being unable to collect daily rewards. It should also let them issue compensation packs for people who missed rewards last month and in December. The plan is also to change the way the big reward of the month is achieved so that you don't have to log in every single day during a month in order to get it.
Also coming: new game play content, quick battle prizes, bug fixes and card/planeswalker rebalancing. Give it another day or two, then sharpen your pitchforks.0 -
Same here.... I try to log on now and it is saying that I have 250 gems ready to collect. I hit collect and nothing happens.... Worked hard logging on every day last month to have this happen to me.0

Same here, however I see a collect 250 gems and my collect button does not work.... very very strange.0

As far as I know, not a single person has been reimbursed for a missing reward regardless of whether they made contact with customer support. All the replies from CS say the same thing, "We're looking into it," or "A fix will be provided at a later date."0 -
yeah mine just says today and tomorrows rewards are 250 crystal and i cant claim anything and never got this fat pack either... so tired of this broken game thanks for the hype for nothing D3 and Hiburnum0

The last response from the previous month's daily reward issue was that they can't issue compensation until the next patch is released. So I'm hoping this week they'll send out fat packs to everyone.0

Hi everyone,
Apologies for the slow response time today. Likely due to rain and wind storms here in Southern California over the weekend, the power went out in our building. Our internet has been down and we're just now coming back online.
We're aware that some players have not received their Fat Pack reward for January. Please rest assured that we are discussing what can be done to assist players (and fix the issue decisively) and we will be sending compensation as soon as we are able.

Login rewards result:
December - got screwed
January - got screwed
February - rewards locked - getting screwed again
This game and the support is showing it just plain sucks.0
