Why would that matter unless they scrap thier entire PvP system and start making everyone in the same mmr? Getting an active low lvl player might be a benefit for a number of reasons. Thats usually part of the issue in general with team based formats where its not a game based just on skill though. Heck, even skill based of course the top players come together, like in a 3v3 basketball tournement. Ppl just like to play with ppl thier own lvl instead of feeling like they are tugging an anchor.

I like how there are only a few slots available. I assume that is two fold atm. 1. More alliances means more ISO out of the system, lol. 2. Good chance it costs ISO to raise the # you can have (even more ISO gone). I like it though because it hopefully means the game won't lean as far towards team PvP or anything as it might. Of course, this is really just a very basic foundation being formed and nothing more really atm.

It's too early to speculate too far into alliances and what they will involve. However, I think we can be certain that forum-goers will always have the edge against non-forum-readers. So no matter how your covers are leveled or what covers you have - if you are reading this - you already have an advantage over 80% of other players & alliances.

Does it cost ISO to join an alliance or just to create one? And you can only join one alliance at a time, correct?

I am interested in joining an alliance. Don't know what they're planning to do with them, but personally, I just hope that they'll switch (or add) reward sharing between alliance members, since I don't do the facebook sharing right now.

Hm. That is an interesting question indeed. I bet they will be included at the beginning seeing as it is a relatively small group bit once alliance stuff starts becoming the norm,they will probably take care of the people who have already been noted for being unable to play with others.

I also joined for similar reasons. I'm a bit lacking on #2, but I more than make up for it in MMR!
