    One thing they should have changed on Falcap, is that Blue countdown reduction; bring back redwing and overwrite enemy team special tiles or their countdowns instead. That would be more useful than 1 countdown 1 turn reduction.

    No way! That cd reduction is probably his best ability.. use it with GR to spam his red over and over and buff the tiles while your are at it... hid PX (who tanks blue over falcap) and every blue match buffs twice... this works for other chars as well.

    What is needed is some way to mark every CD as either beneficial for the player to decrease its count or to increase it. Then his blue would (almost) always be useful to trigger.

    And it would also be possible to use in some future powers that affect enemy CDs and whatnot. Probably not so easy to actually do, or it would've been done by now? I don't know, maybe I'm just naively optimistic. icon_lol.gif

    I dropped this suggestion a while back, to no avail.

    There should already be an indicator on the generated special tiles that have ownership dictating friendly or enemy. They need to add an additional indicator to CD tiles to reflect 2 types of CD's, ones with an active friendly effect while they remain on the board, and ones with a friendly effect when they leave the board. CD1 CD2. Then they can code in a condition of friendly CD1 gets a +1, and friendly CD2 gets a -1.

    I get stumped by that one too, takes me a while to register Ghost Rider... same with TAH (Totally Awesome Hulk) I much prefer calling him Cho.

    Also, there isn't really much context here, since didn't everyone's powers also get stronger at lower levels with the patch?

    Why not take the opportunity to make him worthwhile? His current nickname is Falcrap, and I don't think this will change that.

    Completely separate from his powers being generally sucky, Capt. Wilson was also in the odd position of being the only 4* whose powers start out with super terrible damage/special tile values at level 70, and get 4X stronger as he levels up to 270. All other 4* powers only get twice as powerful with levels. Now, he's not so dependent on ISO to be goo....bette....less awful.

    Red gets 382 more damage and an extra 59 damage for every protect tile. The other changes don't matter at max level.

    Those base values are around 80% better, not 40% as stated.

    Any chance of getting this merged with the Sam Wilson thread in the Character Discussion forum? that one is stickied, this one is not

    Perhaps the Developers will consider making additional changes to Sam Wilson based on the suggestions given here, right now this is dropping off the front page and is likely to be ignored

    This got unstickied quick! Does not one care that Falcap is now better?! I am seeing him all over Doom's PVP right now.. he's buffing Doom's attack tiles as we speak!
