    Although still popping in from time to time, Ronin-San is the reigning king of character creation, i am 100% convinced some of his brilliant mechanics he came up with long ago are the basis of some of the skills in the game today, and the reason i started trying my hand at creating some as well.

    Do not tell me daveomite has also left us!?!
    Are not JVReal and Ronin-san still with us?!

    If the answer is "nay" then they too shall have a seat in the Great Hall with our other amazing heroes and champions. But if they are still with us (which I hope is the case) then allow them to continue to do the great and amazing things that they do. Only when their adventure here is over shall they be granted access to the final chapter!

    And while I appreciate the nominations in support of me, save them for the day that I, too, leave this wonderful realm. While my days with the Dark Devourer are over, I hope that the all-powerful demiurge bestows more unique opportunities and challenges for adventure, not just for myself, but for all of us so that new champions and heroes may be born and remembered.

    And as for my fellow mod-in-arms Jamie Madrox unceremoniously including himself in the Great Hall, what can I say but "Jamie Madrox always was, is and shall forever be" so considering he operates outside the construct of our time his inclusion was a foregone conclusion icon_razz.gif [Speaking of, the Legend and a mighty team of warriors most recently pushed beyond the boundaries of the Simulator breaking 10,000! But that is a tale for Jamie to tell.]

    Just to bring this thread back on topic, this sacred space is specifically to honor those that have made a mark on the game or the forum but have retired (or in some exceptional cases, no longer are able to serve at the capacity they once were able). It also is meant to inspire us to do something unique, awesome or great in our own way. I hope this place will be filled with more tales of glorious feats, amusing stories and good memories of times we enjoyed playing the game and the people we played the game with. icon_e_biggrin.gif

    It's probably not evident to everyone else yet, but we will miss Flare808 - most famous here for his posts collecting top100 scores after the end of every season. He has moved on to better things icon_e_sad.gif

    Just stepping by and I would like to say "hi" to all the old-timers out there...

    And no, I'm not coming back icon_e_smile.gif

    Also: it's really something when I hit the forums after 2years absence and people still remember me. Means it was all worth it icon_e_smile.gif

    TU1 quit, then went to Future Fight, then quit that, too. He disappeared from Line.
    We lost HM to Destiny, but he still haunts Django chat.

    Also, was it walkyourpath who won the "one cover of each color of every character in the game" grand prize?

    5D was the first multi alliance. Naz started X-Men and then got the ball rolling with Line, but quit a long time ago. He's never coming back.
