    I think Surfer and Goblin were the second power, and OML's second time was corrected to the second cover, but it does suck when it happens.
    I actually think they were trying to be generous with this one seeing how Purple is the cover that lets you access the Hulk. If you have 0/0/0, this cover is the one you want.

    I'm guessing you already have, but did you favorite Psylocke?  That should speed things along at least.

    It should be every 15 days unless a 5* character is due (next one of those should be 1450), so 1390 - yellow Wasp, 1405 - blue Wasp, 1420 - black Wasp.  Of course, sometimes they only give one cover, but lately it's been three.
