I hate that after i've gotten the first reward on a map, it almost always takes at least 6 to 12 games to get another listed reward. And it's even worse when you get a hard fought win and your team is banged up, so you know you'll have to wait for them to heal up and you get... 20 Iso-8. It wouldn't be as annoying if it weren't such a useless amount.0

Routinely getting 20 ISO, plus seeing a decent chunk of the leaderboard without even a maxed 2*, is just ridiculous. Rubberbanding and difficulty level should be tuned that some serious grinding would get a low level person into the top ten, but generally it should be populated with 3* rosters. For the ISO, how about tying the reward to the total opp level? Such as you get 33% of the combined total. So for a 3x 230 fight you would get 230 ISO.0

To emphasize that this is still a thing. Right now, I am in the 2nd generation Ultron PVE, and the 20-iso zonk is appearing way too often, while the unclaimed actual rewards mock me from a safe distance.
As was my suggestion earlier, about a year and a half earlier, they should make the 4 primary rewards fall first, and then the obsessive grinders can relish in their 20-iso tip.
An earlier poster in this thread claimed the devs were working on a plan to address this concern, that must be one heck of a plan.0 -
Going to chime in on this one.. Especially on the center node.. no reason i should get thr 500 iso reward, then 3 straight 20 iso rewards... This is Ultron, not a level 1 prologue node.0

I'm OK with it being 20, but you should never get 20 as long as other real rewards have not been won.0

If we up the minimum ISO from 20 to 50, I'm going to do the whole "Make Love Not Warcraft" thing and just harvest level one prologue enemies for hours when I need ISO.
I mean, it takes about twenty seconds to clear some of those early stages (if you include 10 seconds for stage selection and rewards), so if ten clears is going to get me DDQ level ISO, I'm not going to bother with DDQ.0 -

Easy solution - base it on difficulty level. Trivial = 20, anything higher and min is 500 -

The point I was attempting to make, was not that they 20-iso reward should be upped, but that if there are other rewards available, they should be awarded first. You just beat Ultron down for the 5th time, and 4 of those you received 20 iso as your payment. I don't like that.0 -

Would be an improvement if they'd just give you the reward that is shown when you hit the button. At the moment it feels like you should hit the button at the right time but the result doesn't match.
Also, it was nice that they lowered the cost to level people, but it's not enough really with the amount of new characters coming in.0 -

I also agree that 20 ISO rewards are so frustrating. In the 2nd round of the Simulator I ended up repeating one mission 9 times before I got any of the 3 rewards remaining. Assuming the odds really are meant to be 50/50 for either 20 ISO or a remaining reward, that would mean I just hit odds of 1/256, or less than 1% to actually get 20 ISO 8 times in a row. That was quite frankly ridiculous.
Assuming there is a flood, and then a patch, and they let us keep the ISO from said flood, the gap isn't for existing players. It's for current players vs new players which would be a problem.
I totally get the 20 ISO thing being frustrating, and at the very least they could make it so 20 ISO doesn't pop up while there are still rewards to be gotten (so you only have to play a node 4 times to get them all). Whatever they come up with I'm glad they are prioritizing things like the 4* transition and reworking PvEs that were terrible (The Hunt, Unstable ISO-8) over fixing this.0 -

What really sucks is fighting ultron again and again, hoping for a token or 25 HP, and instead earning 250 ISO the first time and 20 ISO every time after that, when even getting to fight him, let alone winning, is quite a bit of work.0

Well, my alliance is a casual, so like last time, i am expecting us to not get past round 5, that being said, i am almost to 2nd vision reward. But it is frustrating to no end that now that ultron has no rewards left, and the essentials have all given points thrice.. i now get 0 points for defeating an essential node, and 20 iso for Ultron until we move on to round 5
so in total, i get whatever reward the essential gives (usually crit boost, ugh) or something decent from the vision ones, and 20 iso. Now i wait for 8pm for the nodes to unlock again... looks like i will putz around in heroic for a bit, get that last cover to max patch.0 -

Maybe they can add random things to add iso at the end of the fight, like every 4tile match adds 1 iso, 5 match adds 5 iso. Cascades beyond the fist add 1 iso, damaging the opponent above 500 adds 5 iso, above 1200 adds 10 iso, above 5000 adds 20 iso and above 10000 adds 50 iso to the end reward. Could be other things to trigger like matching a specific color. I would make it be 3 random things so you have to figure out what conditions each time so you can't effectively build a specific team around it. It should display when you gain iso, and why.0
