Highly Trained Tokens converted to Standard Tokens

I earned two Highly Trained (The Simulator) tokens today by moving up the ladder, but didn't cash them in. Later in the day, I found they had been converted to regular Standard Tokens.

I feel your pain. I just checked on my (2) Highly Trained and (1) Double Shot tokens and noticed that they are no where to be found. I did notice that I had a bump in my standard tokens count, which sucks. I worked hard at earning these tokens, especially for Double Shot as it takes twice as long if not longer to reach those progression awards because of being constantly attacked. Is this going to be fixed and will I be recredited with my earned awards? Did the latest patch cause this mistake? I already sent emails to D3 but I don't know whats going to happen with that. It's kind of frustrating. I've been checking out the MPQ forums enjoying the posts for a while but really only registered to post something about this as I saw this post and another post with the same concerns.

Same, just got rewards for the first two rooms, and got 6 standard tokens instead of 6 highly trained tokens.

Exactly the same here. I noticed when I received the rewards that the coin image was the typical 2 star gold coin, but it said "standard" under it instead of "highly trained". What's the D3 email we can send bug reports to?

I just use the email logo/link on the title page of the game. It takes you right to their facebook feedback page. Just completed the first go about in the Simulator and was able to earn another Highly Trained token and immediately used it not wanting to lose another one. Just got a yellow Cap from that which I'm just going to sell off. I also just did earn a standard token in round 2 and got a green Ares so maybe a little comforting but still missing my 2 Highly trained and 1 Double Shot tokens. Hope to hear from D3 soon.

I got the highly trained tokens, two of them. Most likely you guys got a bug... mine gave me Storm and Moonstone covers which I already maxed out.

For context, if it helps, it happened to me when I got a top fifty finish (one HT token) and a top 75 (3 Regular) when last night's subs ended, and when I loaded up this morning (which id when I got the you placed whatever screens) I immediately checked and it was four regulars, instead of 3 regulars and one HT.

There was a point yesterday morning, I checked the reward screen and all the prizes said STANDARD TOKEN under them, even though the gold cover was showing.

I just wrote it off as a glitch and closed the app. It reverted back to the right prize rewards when I check later that day.

That's what I saw when I received the reward. Gold coin with two stars, like a Heroic, but the text said "Standard token".

I imagine once support gets to the ticket, the event will probably be done and they'll give me a heroic or something.

Highly Trained tokens haven't been that great for me anyway. The RNG seems to consider them "guaranteed Moonstone".

Had the same thing happen to me right now. Got an Evil Attraction token from Magnetic Mayhem, didn't cash it in and niw it's gone. I had a few standards I was saving to use later, didn't see that the Trained turned into Standard and used them all up. Only then did I realize that I'm all out of tokens instead of having the Evil Attraction one left

Same happened to me with Fearless token from BJ. Support ticket not answered since I posted the player ID in fast reply.

Just had the same problem on the second round of the simulator...i worked hard for those tokens too. i was so happy to redeem my 2* tokens, then so dissapointed to find that all i was given was standard tokens. I put in a request to the support staff but have heard nothing...Won't some one on the support team give us our tokens please
