    Wouldn't surprise me if they chose to add a prompt to buy healthpacks on the Defeat screen. In the past, they have shown that they like to kick you when you're down.

    I really don't understand what's happening at this studio. How did the victory screen get a green light for dev time. Who is the project manager that OKed this?

    Where is the thread with things the forum community voted on need addressing?

    Off the top of my head I bet it went along the lines of

    - Roster slot prices. Lower the cap, a lot.

    - ISO drought

    - rebuff certain characters like XFW and 4Thor. No reason for them to look like 3*s compared to JG, Rulk, 4Clops and Iceman

    Most of your list requires several people from different areas to agree on and to program it. The victory banner is mostly design work and just a little (if any) programming to implement. So since it's mostly work for designers, the better question would be, why didn't they work on an improved ui instead, one that shows stuff like ap, ap gain/loss and a symbol for the guy who casted the trap ability? A ui improvement is requested fairly often but i never saw anybody complaining about the victory banner needing more glitter or the main event screen needing a redo (at least before they changed it). Considering the bad work, I don't know if i want an "improved" ui from their design team anymore tho...I'm afraid it would change to powerpuff girls puzzle quest even more...

    I'm pretty (okay, VERY) tolerant of 'sparklies' on a whole because I used to work in a toy store but this feels really out of place and that's why I just don't get this change.

    I guess if I just laid the smackdown on the worst opponent team using a severely underleveled 1* roster, I MIGHT be able to see a VIC~TOR~EEEEEEEEE banner popping up complete with neon flashing star-shaped lights and as Memphis Raines would say, "... Champagne would fall from the heavens. Doors would open. Velvet ropes would part."...

    But as it were, I'm pretty sure that ISN'T what happened.

    ... Maybe it's to celebrate the upcoming Veteran's Day? Captain America? Stars everywhere?
