Why are there less tournament tokens in PvP progression?

They made the rewards weaker because it was way too easy to reach them with shields. And then they nerfed the shields but didn't put them back to what they were.
Well, at least the top reward is down to 1400 compared to before.
I think they need to allow shielded team to appear as target again but only as the first target. That is, you'd never get a shielded team by skipping, so there would be even more incentive to attack whoever you see first. There's really no amount of penalty that'd be enough to make you avoid a shielded team. That's by definition someone who cannot retaliate so even if you lose iso for the fight, it's still generally well worth it when you're getting close to a progression reward.0
