    I just beat it fairly easily. Cage, OBW and Cap. Focused on the muscle, focused on blue or purple to steal blue and shot off caps stun until I could take down the muscle. Then focused on the other goon and then Carnage.

    If you can keep overwriting and stunning the muscle so the strike tile doesn't come out, it should be easy.
