I Ended my phase 1 with 25xxx scores(rank 3). Just hope that i can keep it or at least get two covers at the end.

had around 21k with 2 hours left im rank 7th (was 4th 5 mins ago)

Oh wow. . . that KP essential will be a BRUTAL heal pack sucker. Best advice is to bring in cage to soak up the passive dmg, bring in a red dmg hitter to deny red (cmag is ideal), & hit ock first.

For Ares node, kill cmag first or else you'll be eating a few cmag blues per match.

I thought it would be too, but ended up being the easiest. Their moves are expensive and attack tiles don't come until they use moves. Bring hood.

As a curiosity, Ive been checking the 9 rosters with me and the top 10 in my slice, after my last two clears. The people change, but everyone in top 10 has had KP, and everyone in my range has had KP, except me. Im fighting tooth and nail just to make top 150, lol.

finished second sub on my stream if anyone wants to see the layout.

Tried grinding all the nodes to zero, but had to spend so many health packs and my krutacking job prevented it.

Kingpin? I'm in the top 25 of the current level and top 50 overall without that obese loser kingpin, thankfully. I have shunned ares thus far as well, but now have him mildly upgraded to let me in to 2 of the 3 essential nodes.

There is obviously an effort to make a 4 star bracket in pvp so if you don't have the recent panoply of 4 star characters you are at a bit of a disadvantage in pve but not an insurmountable one.

I've focused on getting as mant 3 star characters buffed to 120+ as I can, and that has worked well.

I didn't think it was that bad, but a bit slow. Daredevil works well - Billy Club to shut down Carnage and Radar Sense to clear out opposing attack tiles.

Scarf up the ap, watching when they will fire a power. Bring squirrel girl, HT, KP (since he's essential). Once carnage starts going spastic fire 2 on ultron, then nuts, slippery slope then....it's a free fall for 3-5 rounds

yeah, i was really surprised D3 made this essential. Fortunately, cyk is buffed for the event and you can ride him to end the match quickly.

yeah, i was really surprised D3 made this essential. Fortunately, cyk is buffed for the event and you can ride him to end the match quickly.

Fistbuster works well enough for me. Beat up ock with matches and if's attack tile while saving up enough black and red to take out carnage in one overdrive/repulsor punch combo, then mop up Ultron. Still a PITA node, though.

I haven't had much of a problem with the Kingpin essential node. Doom and Ares cover the entire rainbow, save up enough green and purple to one shot Ock and Carnage, then deal with Ultron. Don't bring anyone

The Sentry/Daken/Kingpin node is the hardest for me, by the time I chew threw Sentry's health, Kingpin is firing off yellow and black left and right. Men of Mythery is the second hardest node, having to tip toe around Loki gives Ares time to get some good licks in.

Yes, I go for Kingpin first too. Sentry usually doesn't have time to do anything anyway.

Switching it up and taking out Kingpin first did make the node easier. A time or two Sentry got off a Supernova or a World Rupture, but nothing that killed the entire team before I could win the match. Thanks
