Hello there d3p, IceX and whatever other developers are hiding in the shadows(yes I see you,your heavy breathing and sobs are a dead giveaway) In all honestly what do you hope to gain from this insane amount of silence? That we will simply forget, maybe we will forgive you if you wait long enough, maybe you think our anger will subside if you stay all hush hush? Well I for one, and I think I can speak for many others, will only get angrier the longer you don't address what is going on. As paying customers and those who have invested an embarrassing amount of time into your game, we have a right to know what is happening. But with this silence you are acting like a little spoilt child who got spanked for the first time. Listen I understand how you feel, I am a developer too(not really but I have had dreams I could be) its not nice seeing all this negativity and critism but it can't all be plain sailing. You have to take the rough(this hatred) with the smooth(our money) so please I'm begging you, I'd get down on my knees but I'm far too lazy and fat from playing your game, and I'm afraid I'd never be able to get up again. WHO WILL BRING ME MY OREOS?? So please please please get your heads out of your **** and respond to your customers. Only thing I can think of is they're waiting to have an answer before they post. Do I think it's a good move? No. It's just the only thing I can think of that makes any sense. Also they need to hire a forum mod (I'll do it for cheap hint hint).

Now honestly what do you expect them to say at this point? To me silence makes more sense than many alternatives.

If they said that, I reckon at least 80% of the hatred would disappear because they are at least acknowledging the issue and admitting they are trying to fix it.

If they said even that much, all the people that want to defend this game on the forums could point to that little statement and say "See? They're working on it." But right now the state of their game and their complete silence makes this game completely indefensible.

Little less venom would be appreciated. I defend the game but don't defend their customer service. The fact that so many people here still play while complaining bitterly about the game shows that the underlying game is solid; these are the growing pains for a company trying to migrate an established IP into a social, f2p model.

That said, the longer the silence goes on, the more D3 isolates it's remaining defenders.

I'm in the alpha for Hex. It's good, the UI needs a lot of smoothing right now. Granted, it's been almost 3 weeks since I've logged in (been spending way too much time with other games) so hopefully they've improved it.

I'm guessing I'm the Cinderella that that shoe fits. I'm not trolling. I'm a paying customer that is also not happy. But I don't like to fuel hate. So I make benign statements that are judged as full support of the devs because they aren't strong, negative opinions. I don't think I'm that slimy either.

Wasn't talking about you either. There are a couple of folks here that just like to harass anyone one that dare say a word bad about their favorite game of the moment and the dev's can do no wrong in their eyes.
