Vaults: Equal chance or hidden weights?

While I understand people's frustration, I cannot help feeling like these threads are just sad.

I'm sure most of us are familiar with the statistical marvel that is the basic bell curve.

The beauty of gambling is there will always be people in the middle, people on the short tail, and people on the long tail.

If you're with me on the short tail, you don't need a conspiracy. The odds just suck. That's how probabilities work.

Another example of building good will amongst players. The "Moment of the Day" thread is just LITTERED with people who are just luckier than you, and thus are enjoying a much better gaming experience. Don't "feel bad about" the player, "feel bad about" the game. It's not a conspiracy, it is most DEFINITELY "working as intended..."
