    ****, my Slice 4 post didn't post last night. Here's two updates:

    Friday 10:47PM EDT: Slice 4 Vet at 808 players. Leader was Spawnmav with 14517 points.
    Saturday 8:38AM EDT: Slice 4 Vet at 936 players. Leader is Brownie with 16649 points.

    With 128 people added in almost 10 hours, the remaining 64 is going to take in the neighborhood of 4-6 hours I think.

    Any updates on newbie brackets? Previous pvps weren't of any interest so I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna join a vet this one.

    You could come in at 999th on a newbie bracket and still make top 10 with minimal effort.

    My alliance-mate would love an update when slice 5 fills.

    And slice 2 is currently at 666...

    An update would be great! I don't have elektra so I need to get a lucky break on a head start.

    Anyone know how long it takes to regain vet status? Last pve I was in a noob bracket but top 2'd with a decent effort so will I be back to vet brackets now? Thanks!

    Please correct if inaccurate, but this is what I gather.

    Slice 1: ?
    Slice 2: Full in < 17 hours
    Slice 3: Full in < 6 hours
    Slice 4: Full in < 1 hour
    Slice 5: Full in < 1 hour

    My slice 3 bracket is up to 629 players (an_ck has slipped to #7, but there's still 4 hours left in the first sub). If you're watching slice 3, there are 2 known open brackets.

    I don't know if mine is a vet bracket or not, but I don't recognize anyone I can see on either leaderboard. I'm in the top 10 myself at the moment (I typically sit around 30th for normal 3* rewards). Only 2000 points separates #1 from #10 (#1 has 21k points).

    Not true, not even a bit. Many vets skip "useless" pve events and only join new releases. I joined S4, 502 players. #1 is Wooby with 21k score, #10 has 17k. No chance for a T10.

    Even with that kind of score, most newbie brackets are full of people with real lives and limited roster. The first sub is cake in enemy of the state. By the end, there are 3 very difficult survival nodes worth 8k for a full clear. They won't be able to clear it more than a couple times and they won't spend health packs. A 30k deficit in a 7 day pve vs casuals is nothing.
