    Guess the "no new content" people will finally be appeased? For 31 days at least.

    I'm guessing 30-day is a typo and they meant 3-day.

    Doubtful they're cramming 5 'missions' into a 3-day event. I'd guess multiple characters, multiple PvE.

    Hopefully more like Gauntlet, less like the 9-node repeating carousel of subs.

    I don't know. It also mentioned five new missions. Each event seems like a single mission, no?
    In “Puzzle Quest,” the centerpiece will be an “Ant-Man” 30-day story event with five new missions.

    It does say 5 new missions. That doesn't seem like it would mean 5 nodes. Could be a PVE event with 5 subs? But that wouldn't fit a 3 day event, since all subs are at least 24 hours. Unless it's a 3 day event with overlapping subs.

    Since it starts July 9 and the movie doesn't come out till July 17, I could see an event much bigger than 3 days for this. But what would be 30? Some new PVE content like PVP seasons?

    A Whole New 30 Day Ultron... err, Ant-Man PVE repeating every 3 days with a 12 hour break for 30 days, each one getting harder and harder... culminating with a release of the first 5* Ant-Man!

    30 day grind!

    Sorry... I'm done trolling.

    I'm looking forward to the potential of a new Ant-man Story Mode, especially if it is like the Prologue and you can just cruise through at your own pace for the 30 days towards an end prize of Ant-man.

    Yep ... A 30 day event. And that's not all!

    1. Alliances will be expanded to 30 players.
    2. Alliances will be locked for the entire 30 days.
    3. The only chance for winning Antman will be for every Alliance member to play once every 30 minutes for 30 straight days.
    4. If even one alliance member slacks off once, kiss the Antman prize goodbye.
    5. Alliances will be ranked against each other. It may be necessary for everyone to play every 20 minutes to win.

    And once again, we hear about it from everywhere else, except the forum, and from people other than the devs...

    If I had to guess, a 30-day event has to be different. Assuming the blurb is accurate, I'm assuming there will be some sort of tasks to compete every day, but not something you'd need to grind optimally for a month for. Maybe the equivalent of a DDQ per day, or something along those lines.

    That would be great. A special DDQ-like daily event, with an Ant-Man cover to everyone who does it all 30 days, would be a really good release event.

    Even if the 30-day cover got handed out after a release PvE and first PvP, to give the early winners the usual benefit from their covers.

    The 5 events will be Heroic Oscorp, Heroic Juggernaught, Thick as Thieves and a back to back Ultron. This is Demiurge so chances of actual new content for a new character are pretty much slim to none, and slim just left town.

    for a 30 day event, i'm going to go out on a limb and say they want EVERYONE to have/use him, that is a huge amount of resources to put into something without a guaranteed result, so i think we all get him.

    The final part may be Antman vs Ultron, by the time the other 4 are done, everyone has 1 of each cover, and it is time to use the little guy to take down a huge villain!

    No, but they are well aware that forumites are fairly intelligent, alternately mean/evil, and mostly just looking for answers.


    if they make an announcement like that, you would think they would have someone standing by the forum for the very reasonable deluge of questions that would come after it.
