First place is currently 510 points with only IM35 4/4/5 (l43) and C Storm 1/1/4 (L32). How does that work exactly?

Yeah, sorry, that wasn't directed at you specifically. Just a general gripe.

To be fair, I tried it a little in ToT and managed to bring some of my 230 fights down to like 160. It was enough to make them manageable, but not enough to give me even a hope of getting a DD cover. I'm all for grinding PvE, but grinding losses on purpose is so not fun, I can think of 100 things I'd rather do with my limited gaming time.

And really, I only complain because this game WAS super fun. It's amazing how thoroughly they've manged to change that in such a short amount of time!

Well, I completed 4 missions, 120 points and 35th place. At this point, every available character on my roster is dead and I'm out of health packs. And I can't do either of the pvp events as my BWGS and wolvie are dead.

Time to see if I can tank my mmr in the thor tourney.

She's not boosted. Only Daredevil is boosted.

Well, that's a bummer, guess she's still benched - although on second thought, against the goons-only missions Grant Invis is probably a guaranteed win, even if the other two characters get wiped. Goons can't match, and by the time a goon-CD tile creates a lucky cascade to hit your tile you've probably already won or matched enough yellow to cloak again.

Sadly all I have is one blue cover. Also, that would eat health packs like crazy.

If i know right, invisibleness does not defend AOE damage. So not always good....

If you guys want to know what this looks like from a new players perspective: my starting fight was lvl 15s and my highest fight is lvl 85s. I should be able to progress through a decent amount with my team of lvl 41 model 35, lvl 21 modern bw, and lvl 15 DD. I imagine the levels of the mobs will start to rise pretty drastically after I complete 10 or so missions (that's what happened with the TAT event). However, in the TAT event I was able to knock the fights down to manageable levels by tanking or retreating 4 to 5 times. In this event I have 4 usable characters, one of which is a two cover IW, so tanking will probably not be a viable strategy.

It's sad but you're probably right...

This system makes no sense. I can't think of any other game that has variable difficulty without also having variable rewards. It's so illogical for different players to have different difficulties, or in this case a ton of players having a basically impossible difficultly, and still have the same rewards as other players without the same difficulty. Like seriously devs... Fine, I'll be happy to fight against all these 230s if it's actually worth my time. if a 230 fight is 10 times harder than a level 10 fight, and that multiplier is being generous, then make the rewards 10 times better. Give me more points, better victory prizes, anything really to give me an incentive to play.

You know, I can understand the Devs wanting to give the new players a little help in getting higher places, but that shouldn't be at the expense of the players that have been playing their game for the past 4 months. *sigh*

well Mumciok in my sub has 3426 pts with just an 85 wolverine and nothing else above that can enter. #2 is at 522

No way in hell that's not a cheat

And it's painful doing this heroic when all of my 85 + are blocked out, top being a 48 spiderman

In my bracket this is #1's roster (550 points). Jumped 200 points up in the last 5 minutes. I must be doing something wrong in this game. Maybe not cheating when so many do is most likely what's wrong here.

Seriosuly, what the hell ?

BW - 40
C.storm - 35
Hawk - 30
Daredevil - 18
Spidey - 15
Wolvie - 8 ( sold it on skill change ) - he could save the event in some way, for me was 69
Ironman - 5 (he was rerolled - i have all skills lost xp thou)

And thats it ... How should i fight lvl 80 enemies ?
I barelly won 2 fights, lost like 5 by now.

Its a week break or what ? How can you change skills, let ppl sell their chars and now make that char needed ?
To think i lost like 50€ on char slots ...... Why are you ruining the fun ?

I think it would be better. I see first mission at 40 level. I did not play last 6 hours of last event. So it looks when you played last hours of last event you got 230 level from begining. I also will join in Sunday morning. Ladder - please don't join my bracket

Nice progression rewards but I'm not gonna grind against lvl200+ in PVE. Seriously, do you devs even listen to our complaint in the last PVE?

Narkon, this carlos6 in first in my bracket has a bunch of marginal characters too:

Daredevil level 15 1 red and purple
Black widow 30 all covers
Grey black widow 30 at 1,1,2
IM35 level 50 at 5,5,3
Hawk eye modern level 67 at 4,5,4
Spidey level 15 1 purple cover

I guess the key is to cheat or not level up characters.

Bah, I guess I'll resort to it since the devs are giving us no other option. Made an extra 1 cover wolv and 1 cover storm to help with tanking.
