    that's great. I've lost thor late in rd 3 before and made it with storm/mags but making when losing him in rd 2 is quite an accomplishment. congrats.

    I've been using Gamora, Blade and Daredevil. Stockpile the AP Purple for Blade, Black for Gamora and Blue for Daredevil. Once you drop the purpletile.png for Blade, it does massive damage. Daredevil's bluetile.png Billy Club delays everyone and the same with Gamora's greentile.png skull cracker skill.

    To the person towards the bottom of the first page, that said you sell off a lot of 3*s in place of keeping your 2*s........hopefully, you didn't put much (ANY ) Iso into ButtsEye, BoobStone, and even 2* Torch, Cap A, and Cap M. Those will always be the first to get rid of. Some would even argue Hawkeye, too.

    2* torch is a keeper IMO. His red outpowers Thor's and generates AP, and his black is great for goon squads, especially with him boosted to 150 right now.. his red at 5 covers does 2200+ and his black 1k+ per turn.. his green. well, there is a reason it is only at 3 covers lol. Couple with a boosted Punisher for some strike tiles with green this week, and 2* Torch is ripping through this PVE.

    My team is 2hor+OBW+MS

    On the non-movement rounds I avoid using any of Thor's abilities, delaying tiles with OBW or Flinging/stealing them with Moonstone. Then, when the Powered NPCs show up, I can release green twice, then boost back up to one or two more with his other abilities. I usually only have a handful of turns against characters with powers on the 2nd and 4th round each, and usually I can get it down to 3 vs. 2 or even 1 before I have to face anything. On the third round, OBW usually fills up anything I lost on the first two rounds as I fire her power many, many times. Only real down side is, it takes me a while, since I'm basically using basic matches to kill off 6 enemies.

    Got Mystique blackflag.png with 3 star.png Cap, OBW and Loki. Was able to collect a lot of bluetile.png in the third wave so I survived a couple Power Surges from 4hor and a couple Rage of the Panthers.

    on my first run I lost OBW in the 2nd, I was checking the enemies ap and thought torch needed 9 red to fire his power so I knew I could not let him get another red, I made a match, he already had/needed 8 and boom down she went, took him out with one move as his health was low, made it through the 3rd, wiped out BP & Sentry then 4hor took out xf and it was a battle between her and 2hor. I worked her down to near death but just could not get enough ap stacked to wipe her out I needed 1 yellow or 1 green match it would have been lights out. Second try was a breeze but yet another lesson learned - know your enemies' powers and ap requirements....

    Got my Mystique blackflag.png (first one!) with my mighty 2*s (OBW, cStorm, & 2hor) today...

    No heroes were injured during the running of this DDQ... well, at least not MY heroes. icon_e_wink.gificon_lol.gif

    I think I'm getting the hang of this, and my 3*s are finally starting to look remotely viable!

    Apologies to all for the double post...

    Hey dearbluey, not sure if you'll ever see this, but I just wanted to say thanks for doing these DDQ posts.

    I've been realizing the past few days that I'm starting to look for these pretty regularly now that I'm finding success with the BE, and I guess I just wanted to acknowledge the time and effort you put into the posts.
