All of these changes should let us relevel and respec chars.

    Why?

    I mean I understand the arguments if you have 13 covers, but if you have 11 covers you never had enough of one or two colours to spec it to 5.

    If I have a 3 yellow X Force why should I be able to spec it to 1/1/1?

    The tons don't count, only the last 14, as you couldn't keep them any longer.

    A cover you had 60 days ago is really irrelevant as you wouldn't have **** your character for 2 months.
