I just saw the roster of the #1 guy in my bracket and his covers are all complete except for around 5 characters. So how am I going to compete with these players with this new system? I can get to #1 but will drop down to #5-10 at the last 30 minutes or so because of one uncompleted mission.

And sometimes 3 of those guys end up in the same bracket and 2 of them ends up having to cry in a corner somewhere because only one guy can win.

I've been looking at the PvE events and the guys at the top often have rather ordinary looking rosters. Yes, occasionally you run into one of those totally decked out guys, but that's life. The game does a pretty good job of neutralizing such advantage most of the time with MMR, and if there is absolutely no advantage to be decked out, why continue playing? PvE, in particular, is likely dominated by such players. Joining late usually avoids such players since they tend to be playing all the time and with their superior roster they'd have no particular need to wait to join a PvE bracket.
