    Not sure about PQ2.

    As for Galactrix, not sure it is that great. Tried it, didn't like the hacking system, and factions etc. Besides the drm is a tinykitty. I hate DRM.

    Galactrix is pretty cool and have way better concepts than other PQ games. The gfx is quite retro but who cares.

    DRM? Didn't notice any.

    Just bought it a few weeks ago for around $1 on stream, 80% off daily deal despite I played some borrowed copy years ago. And did have the urge to play it actually -- unlike PQ1 that I recall became boring way too fast, and left me no replay value after trying all the classes once.

    The gate hacking is definitely the weakest point with the mandated silly animation in way of progress -- but I think you can pay up with white or purple points instead to skip over.

    Would be so much better with a little bigger playfield...

    Their disc protection screws up if you have daemon tools running. I hate that kind of tinykitty drm, almost as much as I hate Steam itself.

    Anyway, one irritating feature of Galactrix is the faction system. Once you make a faction your enemy, it will only go downhill from there. Relations get worse and worse. And I don't enjoy getting attacked every time I take a step. And you can't make all of them your allies.
