    His battleplan was actually coded incorrectly at first and would give 6 strike tiles instead of 3 in some situations.
    Yeah, the mistake was that it would produce weaker strike tiles if you had less than 12 env AP, and stronger ones if you had more than 12 env AP, BUT, if you had exactly 12, you'd get the 3 weaker ones AND the 3 stronger ones.

                                                                                                                                                                                                            That was only after the buff to Battleplan. Before the buff, he would add 1 strike tile for every 15 environment tiles you had or something like that. Then they changed him to account for team up tiles. At this point the code freaked out at that 12 team up ap....if you had exactly 12 TU AP you could get 6 of the higher strength strike tiles.
