    I killed mine (granted, mine was only at 272) with Cap Marvel, Hulk and X-Force...lots of red/black/green AP to use...

    Lazy Cap + Hood + X-Force

    Keeping Iron Fist stunned is key until you can down him for good. The blue protect tile is helpful as well.
