Howard The Duck would be fantastic! But I really wouldn't be surprised if we saw him sooner than the fall, what with a high-profile new comic series starting this spring. (As with Squirrel Girl and Goddess Thor, it'd be likely for Marvel to want to cross-promote via other media such as this very game)

How about Beymax from Big Hero 6? He could have a Fist Bump move plus a healing move. He's novel enough.
