  • First post here. So, hello! Also, sorry for changing the subject a bit. Would rather post here as opposed to creating a new thread. Was looking at ranking for the current storyline tournament and was wondering: how does someone who is not at the top of the leaderboards in the individual rounds at the top overall? Is there some sort of bonus given to that person for a recent tournament placement? Thanks for your time.

This is a stupid question but where do I go to complain or tell them about an error I experienced? I cannot locate this.

Just for future reference, making your own thread is best, just so, in the instance that someone would have the same issue, they might more readily find a solution - but as for the solution at hand - each PvE has sub-events, so someone can be leading in the sub-event, but not int he entire event, especially if you missed a portion of the event.

There's a link in my signature for CS, additionally, in the Settings Menu, there's a button that says "Help" you can click that and it'll take you to the right place.

........which one of you lovely moderators DELETED my response post?

And why on earth would you completely delete it, instead of just editing out whichever part of it you found not suitable to be posted (which I've seen you all do, before). Especially since it contained the "additional information" that people were asking me for.

    Shady.

I've had two tickets submitted in the 108 days of play. First was after the first Rocket and groot event. I didn't get the ALLIANCE rewards 24hour after the event ended. Took 10 days total to get those rewards. The second was fairly recent and ODDLY enough also had Grocket as a reward, this time i didn't get player rewards...yellow cover. It took 9 days to get it , and for some reason, i got 2 covers icon_e_biggrin.gif So aside from them taking awhile, i'm happy that they've resolved my issues.

Makes me wonder how many people submit tickets just to try to cheat them.

I don't know what happened to your post, but there's no record of moderation in this thread or associated to your user name. We try not to delete posts, it's just a lot easier to just edit content appropriately, than try to outright censor someone's voice. Besides, if we wanted to delete something, I think we'd just delete the thread? icon_lol.gif

Mayhaps there was an error on your side (browser, internet, etc) or server side (forum software, server hardware, etc). I don't really know, but I know that log is empty, and as far as I know, only people with access to the server-side forum code can alter those logs (which is likely no one except technicians).

It wasn't deleted, it's still there, just hidden due to downvotes because people seem to think you're being a bozo. You can click to unhide it, though. (I did; it was awful!)

Other thing to consider is that the subs for this event only have 200 players, but the main event has 1000. So those people at the top overall might be in a different sub from you. In fact, they are likely in the top10 of a different sub.
  • I find customer support to be very inconsistent, to say the least. I've seen them provide compensation with little to no real reason to do so, and give little to no compensation when clearly something was amiss.

Before max progression dropped, I had some type of connection glitch as I put up a shield after my final PvP hop. Passed Max progresion, but didn't recieve the cover. I ended up doing another hop and buying a 24hr shield, but still didn't get the cover. After 48hrs I submitted a ticket with screenshots of myself shielded beyond max progression and explained the situation. 6 emails and 4 weeks later, I received the cover, but they refused to compensate me for the hp used to buy the 24hr shield.

An alliance mate sent in a ticket regarding all of the sandboxed accounts in SSim at the end of last season and how annoying it was wasting ISO skipping them over and over, and 5 days later they sent him 500hp and 5k ISO.

My experience with customer support has been generally pleasant.

I've had to send a ticket in about "glitches" I've encountered at least 3 times and every time I've been compensated. The biggest issue is the amount of time that passes before they get back to you.

Once instance I remember is a couple of season ago I did not receive the player or alliance rewards for that season or the last event (I think it was Cage Match). Now that being a lot of juicy rewards, I was obviously concerned. I sent in a ticket detailing my experience. After several back and forths and me emailing them about once a week saying "Hey, I still don't have these rewards", they finally got them to me. Granted, by the time they did the next season was almost over, so it took a while, but I did get them.

As long as you're polite, detail your issue so they understand, and have a legitimate issue and not just complaining, you will eventually be compensated. At least in my experience.
  • I have to echo what others here have already said,
I have had 2 different dealings with them and both although a little long time wise were very nice and understanding and I received my 4hor cover from season 8 (i think) in season 10 and encountered another issue where I was sitting at 982 points and wasn't able to shield despite having shields available. I was compensated and have been really impressed with the service I have received so far. People have to just keep in mind they are not sitting around waiting to give out rewards, research has to be done to hopefully fix the problem you encountered so that others do not encounter the same problem.
