    That's sooooo f'ing hot...

  • I'm not sure if I posted this already or if it was a previous thread (yes, this is not a new issue). The rewards in the sim are a relic of the time before seasons with a slight update to them. Basically, sim is there for iso (there's always something to do and iso to get with sim up) and help lower leveled rosters reach season progessions.

The only real rewards in sim are usually 2300 and 2400 and the HP rewards. Other than that I just use it as a ISO farm.
  • Oddly, I wish there was a button to reset my Sim points to zero and climb again. Obviously would not earn progression rewards a second time but could get that much better use out of it as an Iso farm, and mathematically might inject some more points into the system so everyone can score a little higher.

It's not hard to do actually, just save a weak team until you're done climbing, beat the weak team with your weak team (perhaps with the help of TUs), and watch your sim score plummet over time.

Not to mention it would drop you into a realm where you can better play with an alternate char team and see how they work against lower levels on up to strong.

It's the same situation as for the 500 point reward for standard PVPs. The rewards given are just not good enough when you take into account the roster strength needed to hit them. You might as well make all of the Simulator rewards from 1600-2000 just be 250 ISO and cut out the middleman.

Now think about how you're comparing a game reward system to a physical assault.

Yes, the rewards suck. I agree there. But dragging out this overused overexaggeration just makes me tired. Sorry.
I don't view slap in the face as a physical assault like a punch in the face, or a coat hanger/power cord across your back, rubber hose on your bottom.
A slap in the face was always used as a means of: Rejection, insult, humiliation. A direct challenge to one's validity, such as in the past to invoke a duel.

The expression is an idiom, and is defined here:
    http://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dict ... n-the-face
"Something someone does that insults or upsets you"

It is the emotional impact of a slap in the face that is being referenced rather than the physical pain of a slap in the face. But I agree... used too much here. icon_lol.gif
