Character Rotations For Season XII

Greetings MPQ Community,

Here's the latest Character Rotation plan set to go live with the start of Season XII on Thursday, March 5th, 2015. (To see the original post outlining the Character Rotation Plan visit: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=17494).

Rotating In: Black Widow (Grey Suit), Daken (Classic), Cyclops (Uncanny X-Men) and Iron Fist (Immortal Weapon).

Rotating Out: Deadpool (It's Me, Deadpool!), Falcon (Mighty Avenger), Sentry (Dark Avengers) and Spider-Man (Classic).

Characters that are taken out of packs will start rotating back in as other characters ahead of them in the rotation queue return. We'll always communicate in advance which characters will be rotating out.

I just have to say come on man!!! Rags needs to make a come back with a 3rd power. He will be out now for what 5 seasons. Loki, and Doom have 3rd abilities now, it is time Rags becomes relevant again.

So please give rags a 3rd ability and bring him back soon.

Why is Storm not vaulted after the billionth season. Why?

Was hoping for Colossus and the Ragnarok update, but guess it didn't happen. Probably makes sense to hold tokens until Cyclops and Iron Fist get added, I guess.

Ragnarok was all ready to go at the start of this season, freshly buffed with new programming inserted by a black ops tech team in Korea funded by H.A.M.M.E.R. Unfortunately, when it came time to provide initial power, one of the techs didn't pay attention to the manual and didn't use a 240->120V downstep converter. Back into the shop went Ragnarok...

I actively want covers for all four characters entering the rotation, and I don't need any of the ones leaving. Glad I was already saving tokens!

Translation: Just before releasing Ragnarok again, an unintended horror in his skillset would have severely hurt/unbalanced the game?

After the current events end, i should have 12 covers for sentry and i already have 12 covers for falcon. Kinda sad they are going away but i don't use them much anyway. Finally, spidey is GONE! I've had him maxed so long. Deadpool brings us daily quest and then disappears... What's that all about? Yay daken is back! Don't care for the others but at least daken is back in the tokens!

There have already been vaulted characters in the DDQ.

There are no dumb questions, just dumb peop....I kid, kid!

But yeah, in week one we had BP, this week we had She-Hulk. Personally, I'm curious to see who we get next from out of rotation?

So for the newly vaulted characters, here's the changes I'd like to see.

Deadpool: No changes needed. I'd like red to do a lower percentage and have no cap.

Falcon: I'd like the blue passive to max out at 2-turn CDs instead of 3. The purple power is third-rate but I'm OK with it. A health bump to 6800 would be appreciated.

Sentry: Green can go back to 7 (or 8) AP -- 3-turn tiles was enough of a nerf in my opinion. The other powers are fine.

Spider-Man: Not useless now that daily survival mode exists. In other modes, yellow and blue are second-rate and his passive is surpassed by Luke Cage's. He could use an overhaul. Some ideas: Yellow true-heals himself; blue is cut to 4 AP, or puts out 2 web-tiles, or does direct damage as well; passive also turns 1 web-tile into a 1-turn CD every time for some board shake.

Now vault Iron Fist and X-Force.

OH COME ON!

First you vault Hulk when I only need one more cover to max him, and now you do the same for Falcon after the game practically throws covers at me to get him to 12?!

I don't see any reason for him to undergo an overhaul either, so I guess he's just being vaulted for no reason. Why not vault Mohawk Storm and take the time to make her a bit more unique?

at least theres dpd.

seriously though in three seasons there will be more vaulted than non-vaulted characters. does that really make sense?? theres got to be a better way, especially when the vaulting times are going to inevitably reach 6 months plus when only two are going to be able to rotate back in each season and four taken away. what becomes the point of the character existing if hes vaulted for a half a year?? its time to put the vault in the vault.

Darn, really was looking forward to Colossus especially now that you fixed his glitch. I was coming back from a break from the game and scored only 1 cover before he was vaulted.

Wonder if a poll could be made to ask us our preferred vaulted/gain able characters

Because they are also rotating in new characters and the vaulting mechanism is thus fundamentally flawed over the long term, as each season the pool of unavailable characters, and the length of time each character is unavailable, grows?
