Not getting credit for enemy of state events

i just did 3 events did not get the points and the timer is not moving

I just did the final stage in the current node "trapped" and my 1300 some odd event points didn't count. I saw them tally, backed out to find 230 more points to push me over the top for the 14k progression prize and they were gone! My Enemy of The State token for winning that match is intact though.

Same issue. For me, it has only occurred on multi-wave battles. Lost about 5,000 pts before I was sure it was happening.

happens about 90% of the time for me on all survival nodes - pretty much skip then now after 1st completion as rarely get credit for completing them a 2nd time - seems a lot to battle 12 or so enemies in 1 go for 20iso only

Happening to me too. I seem to be getting about half the points I should be in survival nodes. The same thing happened during the last run of Enemy of the State

Seriously people, log a support ticket, and then maybe D3 will fix this issue.

When you get the generic "let me explain how points work" email in response, reply and inform them that this doesn't address the issue.

I'm hopeful that if enough people log support tickets, and escalate them, then maybe, JUST MAYBE, D3 will actually FIX THE ISSUE!

Same issue here and I have sent a ticket along with my husband who has taken a screenshot himself. I should not be having to take screenshots before and after I clear a node :S

Same thing here with nods with waves. I was 39k something before doing last node for 1100 pts. I was ready for the Cyclops reward, complete all the waves, tally my pts, amd I end with 39,400.

And folks in my alliance reporting it, too. I really think D3 has to own up to the mistake, give everyone a full set of hood covers, and start the next one. I was just shy of first overall, so this hurts. And the folks that did not update will have huge leads, since the wave nodes are 1200-2400 a pop, plus grinding them out.

Happy and sad to see I'm not the only one. With the current PVE event, I have so far missed least 3k worth of points, because I do a mission, I receive the points but then, they disappear. The timer does add up on the node, but I dont get the points.

Just happened again on a Cyclops essenstial. Supposed to be 1600 pts, amd I netted 600.

* edit: now I just got zero while doing a no-wave fight. It tallied up in the summary, but then did not apply when I went to the main page

3 time cyclopse 5 wave fight (2x end in wave 5, 1x complet) ~ 7,5k points

1 time 3 wave fight (not the finial fight) ~1300 points

so i missed 8,8k points

open 2 tickets and get no response ....

I am up to at least 10k in losses at this point, but keep slogging because I want the Cyclops cover. Pretty much given up on ranking, though these lost points would easily have me break top 5 or 10.

Sent in a ticket and was told to restart the app. lol. Not at all surprising that it did not work.

So ticket has now been escalated and I will hear back within 72 hours, not including weekends.

this is not cool at all. on last wave, u know that small one that only GIVES YOU 2000 PTS! i dont get any of them.

the ones who DIDNT update their game will have a huge lead. i really wanted to end top20 with this but seems hard now...

where to post screenshots? and what kind of screenshots? before/after, but how will u verify?

my brother, my friend and some of my alliance buddys have same issues.

This is happening to me, too. Will have to start screen-capping as I go, and open a ticket. I want some compensation for all the extra work I have to do to earn points in this event. It's like I have to do each node twice to get what I should get per node. Ridiculous!

-Enemy of the State -- Currently x mansion, but previous sub, too.
- Animal inside listed worth 1200 pts. Tallied up fine, but total in map was only a 902 gain.
- The Black Hole, listed at 1800 something, completed, and only earned 1469.

The final node in the sub gave me the full amount the first time, so I was thinking the glitch was just in the prior sub; however, now it appears to be random. So went from second place to a distant 8th, as the folks at top have a huuuge lead I will not be able to gain on, going from getting zero, partial or full points at random.

I took a picture of the summary and then one of the event page, though I am not sure how it helps or even verifies anything since can't determine when taken. I don't know how to do attachments here, though.


*edit--something to consider to de-bug it--I have been using Human Torch (Johnny Storm, 2*) while buffed. He has Inferno and Flame Jet, creating attack tiles. I have seen +0 after completing a wave. Could there be a bug that when you kill an enemy with attack tiles, credit is not being awarded? That would apply to waves and normal nodes, and could explain getting zero, partial (I have gotten 20% to 80%), or full credit, depending on if you finish the fights with direct attacks or not.

Essentially, missions aren't adding points properly to the main event, as I seem to get *most* (not entirely sure of this, at least wasn't as noticeable as the 3/4k point drop I get on the main event) of my points on the sub.

Ending a fight supposedly at nearly 33000 points on the main event.
Actual points on the main event, having gained little less than 1000.
However, my total points on the sub event seem correct, as per this.

i did email them they sent me back saying they know of the bug BUT nothing will be done about it (no help in the event)

So im wasting my time and HP buying health packsf or nothing LOL whatever D3 whatever

I'm not getting credit either. I thought I just miscalculated. No telling how many points I missed out on. I was in top 50 (probably would have been higher if I would have gotten all my points, can't keep it when I'm not being given my points. I really hope something will be done to compensate this. I had to waste health packs in order to try and complete nodes and still do pvp.

I have logged a ticket, not sure if anything will be done.
