    Didn't they "end" a season with the release for a Luke Cage PVE that went into the offseason that overlapped with a Combined Arms PVP event? Maybe I'm remembering that incorrectly, but I don't think it's outside the realm of possibility this next PVE will be for the new character.
    IIRC, Luke Cage was the reward in the second off-season tournament and Sticks and Stones was the first PvP of season... X?
    I am very sure they did the same thing with Iron Fist - Fist Bump was definitely the first PvP of this season. So I am very much expecting a [coming soon] tournament at the start of the next season.
    EDIT: And at least Iron Fist was added to the tokens when the season started, I think the same happened to Cool Hand Luke.

    I see I made a typo in my post. I meant to say the first PvP of the season would be featuring [coming soon], not the first PvE. Fixed the typo and I apologize for any confusion.
    I still think Meet Rocket and Groot is the most likely PvE to introduce [coming soon] in though.

    Gauntlet ends tomorrow evening (5 PM Central time, if I'm doing the math right). Season XII ends on Sunday/Monday (last slices closes at 3 AM Central Time).

    Season XIII begins on Thursday or Friday, after 2 PVP events have run their course. That's when the new character will rotate in. Anything that ends in time to have her distributed before then could work, but I think that the prediction of Meet Grocket is probably a good one.

    IceIX just said the words "ISo8 Brotherhood" in Kamala's character thread...so that might be her debut. Whether it is next or not is up in the air.

    I fear there might be 12 hour subs in that case. It also means skipping both Hulk and Thick as Thieves in the storyline.

    Not like the episodes have been run in order much anyway.

    Brotherhood with 12-hour subs isn't actually all bad - it gives lots of fresh opportunities to start subs fresh, and gives away lots and lots of tokens. My first pve event was a run of brotherhood, and it took my 2* Cap from 2 covers to 11, in addition to some other pulls.

    I like 12 hour subs when it's a PvE for an old character. When it's for a new (and exciting!) character though, 12 hour subs (and 2 subs running simultaneously most of the time) means there will be an insane amount of grinding needed to place well.
    And storyline events run out of order upsets my OCD a bit. icon_e_smile.gif In particular I think that Thick As Thieves would be preferable to Brotherhood as it can easily be run in a compact timeframe as well and only has one sub open at a time...

    So this should start at tonight hopefully. if it does have 12 hour times this will be the first time i hit slice one. would be about the best slice to hit even with 12 hour or not

    12 hour

    9om 9am would work great next week due to spring break
    6 and 6 would not be able to grind on either side
    3 and 3 see the other time no time

    hopefully dont get tossed into a vet jumping into slice 1

    so expect Blade, Luke Cage and 2*Thor to be powered up..if so blade40 cage65 thor 84. Seems need to level up blade icon_e_smile.gif

    poor little Raggie was the last PVE prize and he never got boosted in a pve ,.... feel sorry for him.

    Ragnarok was buffed in the Gauntlet. The last reward in the Gauntlet was Blade, so he'll be the big buff this time around.

    Looks like Thor, OBW and Hawkeye are the boosted two-stars. Have to admit it's a good pool if it also includes Blade and Cage.

    Rags was turbo boosted in the gauntlet as well as an essential for 12 nodes. I know people don't consider the gauntlet a PVE necessarily but it still is!

    very stupid to do a 12 hour event after gaunlet. Many skip the gaunlet and making 12 hour nods just killed it for many.
