    Just noticed my deadpool vs mpq token has updated. Ironfist and mystique on the artwork so I would assume this starts next week Monday/Tuesday sometime.

    i doubt it starts this week they said new people every two weeks. people would throw a fit if they had 2 new people back to back

    That would be the next pve. Since that one is 4 days I believe there should be 2 pve events before the event that has the new character.

    Deadpool vs. MPQ is about right for a mid-season run; Sim is probably long - although I haven't double-checked the announcement for the start date of Season XII.

    Looking at the reward for Nefarious Foes, I'm calling Earth's Mightiest Heroes as the second mid-season PVP event.

    Ignoring for now the question of who's boosted for any given event, the 2* versions of Black Widow, Thor, Ares, Storm, and Magneto are a pretty good place to focus, with Daken slightly behind. Anybody else is gravy. (For example, I keep my 2* Captain America around for PVE use whether buffed or not because his shield throws can overwrite goon countdown tiles, making him a good use there.)

    Thor and OBW I got maxed. Ares and Daken went from 27/22 to 75/75 this event. Mag Storm Wolv are all 27-30 atm. This is with today being day 19. I've top 10 1 pve and top 50 the other 2 so far. PvP is still a ways off but I've managed to sneak in a top 25, few top 50 and top 100 in all of them.

    So yes the 2* boosted matters to be because PvE is more realistic with my roster atm.

    My intended point was that even unboosted level 94 2* characters can do pretty well in PVE events. For example, I've used a team of the 2* versions of Daken, Thor, and Black Widow to beat every Big Enchilada node I've run across.

    Outside the ones I mentioned earlier, Human Torch & Ms. Marvel are probably the next 2* characters that I would focus on - they both have active powers in black, which are rare in 2*-land, especially among the heroes. (Bullseye, Moonstone, and Yelena all have them. In 1* land you're limited to Venom & Storm.)

    Who do I need to bribe to get star.pngstar.pngstar.pngicon_daken.png covers as a reward for the next PVE? I'm at day ~200 and don't have a single one. I've heard he's quite the man to help a transitioner.

    He's coming out of the vault so I expect he'll get at least one PvE and 2 PvPs in the next month or two.

    Well something with deadpool face starts at 9pm est tonight. Who knows what it is... I say its a sim or something and not a true PVE

    I wouldn't mind Simulator to be honest. Something non-competitive so I don't have to worry about placement. Wouldn't that be nice

    I doubt it would be gauntlet tho since they just did that after Loki got reworked.

    Not necessarily. If nothing else, there's not that much which is that short after the move to the 36-24-24-24-24 etc. formatting.
