You might want to do the same. I just got an e-mail back that said their records only show that I played the 3rd sub...which isn't possible given how the gauntlet is setup BLARG! I don't have a screenshot. Edit: Makes me a lil mad that CS asked me for more information that could "rectify this discrepancy" when I didn't do anything to mess up the data. Like it's my fault. Maybe they'll be nice but that kind of a response makes me feel like I have to prove my placement if they are going to let me have the 10 pack I earned...
