I remember when I started this game Steam had a sale on the three packs it has for DLC. A £75.99 pack down to ...about £20 I think? Maybe £25.
8,500 HP and 37,500 ISO. Was really helpful when I was starting up.

Shame Steam's never done a sale since =/

It's funny, because in the January Q&A answer video Will explained that they didn't want to break tokens into separate pools because then the optimal strategy would be to pick from just one pool, but many people wouldn't realize it. So, they're making efforts to stop people from making horrible decisions.

Then they put up this sale on ISO, which is still a horrible deal but gives the impression that it might be a good deal to some of the less informed players?

    Inconsistent philosophy much?
Even worse is the fact that they don't tell anyone (other than the forums) that the vaulting even happens, which means people are already making horrible decisions right now by opening tokens when characters they need are vaulted. So even their stated goal is already false.
  • At the minimum, 100$ should get you at least 1,000,000 iso, at there price point, GARBAGE, DO NOT BUY THAT EVER !!! icon_eek.gif
  • I thought this too when i saw the sale. I've thought "who the hell even buys ISO? " I doubt anyone. If anyond is going to put real $ into this ame, it's going to be for HP...to use for Roster or shields (if you're not placing high enough to stockpiles millions of it)

I spend $20 on HP once a month. I figure i've been playing subscription based games for 10years (until 2yrs ago) thought it's money i'm already used to be thrown into a game. Since this game has grabbed me like an MMO has, i'm ok with it. I play EVERY day and i play A LOT. It's the LONGEST i've ever played a Cell phone game. I won't play on PC...especially since accounts won't cross over.

Generally I'm in favour of anything that keeps the servers on for a while longer. One day they'll turn them off, and all our hard-earned virtual possessions will disappear. I'd like that to be as late as possible.

But buying ISO, that's like getting a taxi to take you 100 yards down the road. When it's a glorious summer's day. And downhill.

As a 2-3* transitioning player currently limited by iso, I am the perfect customer to buy iso.
As many have stated the prices are WAY too high.
I think the balance point people would agree on, $20 should max a 3*.

If that were the case I'd jump at the chance to max 7 3*s I have waiting

Spend 20$ or play one week of Lightning Rounds, It's up to you

Not for the newcomers who would never catch up.

EXACTLY! I swear, some of ya'll "vets" are so delusional.
