What to play during cool down?

Now that shield hopping had been deemed "unfun" and cool downs have been introduced, I am bored and need something new to play with all this extra time between shields.

Some of my crew have gotten bored and are now into Contest of Champions since they took the "unfun" out of the game, but that's not my kind of game.

What are you guys playing now? Any suggestions?

As long as they're your kids, it's cool icon_e_smile.gif

I tried Contest of Champions too, but yeah, not really my thing either. There's always housework to do though...

I'm enjoying CoC. I've never been a big fan of fighting games, but these go fast, a minute or less. I just wish the rosters were more diverse....I guess that will come with time.

THIS is the other game I was playing after being frustrated with Transformers Legends, lol, I have no other games that I play on my phone. So far, not bad enough to deter me from playing. If I get frustrated with this one, don't know what I'll play...

The main thing I dislike is that CoC unlike MPQ demands your full attention. I'm easily distracted, so I appreciate a forgiving game. icon_e_wink.gif

I play Clash of Clans as well and it really is not that demanding. Durring the week I only play CoC at night so I might play for 90 min. My clan only goes to War once a week so I only have 1 day that I really need to be set up for and really concentrate. the biggest reason CoC feels demanding is because you can get attacked when you are offline but once you progress you realize that if you get attacked you actually don't loose all that much resources.
  • The Simpsons Tapped Out is the only other game on my phone. When flying I play Unbrick.

I just saw a new match-3 game reviewed called Hero Emblems. It's a one-time purchase, so it probably won't last you forever, but it could be fun.

Maybe I'll finish my Man-Walrus with my new free time

My CoC refers to Contest of Champions, the new Marvel game. icon_e_smile.gif

I understand the attention problem. I had the exact same concern but I found that the matches didn't take much time. I play sporadically, so I rarely run out of energy for quests and I've got a nice stockpile of extra energy now.

  • Clearly those of you playing contest of champions haven't made it to act 2 yet. You need 3*+ characters to progress there. If you've played any amount of time you know 3* and 4* are ridiculously rare, even if you are a whale.

I heard playing with your CoC can make you go blind.
