    There absolutely was a Dragonball Z CCG; it started in roughly the year 2000 and hit its peak a few years later. It got a lot of things wrong (the company that made it was a trading card company first and a game company second, I think), but at its best it did a fantastic job of simulating super-powered combat. They tried to revive it in online form through a system called OCTGN a few years ago, but the virtual version wasn't as fun as the origina
