  • 1300 will soon become more rare. With the changes to shields coming, there will be no way to shield hop at the end of the tournament.

As far as getting up there, it's just a matter of having the best characters.

I've never seen anyone get 1300 that didn't have a 5/5/3 Xforce above level 200. And that was likely through excessive shield hopping.

If your team is strong enough, like if you have the featured character at 166 and you have Xforce and 4hor at level 270, then yea, you'll be able to reach 1300 pretty easily.

But if you're only getting 500 per PVP right now, my guess is you don't even have a level 166 yet. So to answer your question:

You can't get 1300. It's just impossible for you.
  • I have a L166 Lthor xfouces L188

It's not a matter of levels, you don't have the covers to get there. You need 5 in X-force's blacktile.png and someone at a reasonable level to use the AP it generates

But as for roster advice, you should level your hood

Sorry to disappoint but my xforce isn't above 200. It is at exactly 200 though. As for scoring, I have achieved above 1700 before and hitting 1300 pretty regularly. So, there isn't a need to get xforce above 200. Especially when the difference between 200 and 270 is very marginal. I'd much rather level another 3* to 166 then spend the iso to max xforce. Also, I currently have 435k iso so the iso isn't really an issue either. It's just a choice.

Anyway, to address the topic at hand, to step up to 1300 from just 500 is a very huge leap. Should try to achieve smaller targets like 1100 or even getting all the hp that's in the progression by reaching 800 before going for the big one. But then again, you're probably out of time since the new client release should be out before TBC ends which likely means the PvP after TBC isn't going to allow shield hopping.

Save my hp first & ISO?
Play on pve now? Start pvp on the next season after I have more cover for the 3*

How do you do it? Mind to share with me?
    I need that bluetile.png Thor at 1300
  • Hitting 1300 is a very mathematical thing. Once you have a firm grasp of how many games you can win between shield hops, assuming you can find people worth at least 30 points per game, and assuming you can hit 900 before you need to shield, it's simply 400 / (30*number of games you can win) number of hops. You want to put at least an hour or so between the shield hops if possible because otherwise you could get hit by the guys who retaliated against your attacks. With enough HP it should be quite possible to hit 1300 even with a relatively weak roster though there is a point where it's likely not worth the risk if your roster is unbelievably weak. Also make sure you check on the overall alliance leader board. If you're sitting at 900 and the top alliance scores are at 1000, this probably isn't a good time to start your shield hops.

You eventually hit a point where you can queue up 40+ point matches regularly above 700 points. If you can defeat those teams (and 180 XF can with 5/5/3) then you can just keep build points off them. If you follow the current meta, its not uncommon to hit 1000+ without shields.

My alliance only play pve. Higher is about 500-600+ only
So it will b hard for me to reach that type of point right

So I must have a 553 XF in order to reach that stage right

Not a must but it helps. If you're regularly hitting around 500-600, you may want to try and hit the next milestone of 900 points consistently without relying on shields.

1300 is simply a matter of strong characters and an HP budget for shields. Climb until you meet resistance, protect your points. Line up high opponents, shield hop, repeat to 1300.
