    Loki's Purple ability use to be that random tiles will change colors. not switch locations. meaning it can randomly target all types of tiles. Correct me if i'm wrong folks.

    I was saying months ago that he was overpowered, but they should have tried adjusting it up by like 1 or 2 AP first rather than doing something drastic....yeah.... icon_redface.gif

    How did they nerf Loki?

    if i recall correctly, and this was when i started so i could be wrong, originally instead of just moving around 42 tiles or however many it turned 42 tiles into purple. so that cascades a crazy amount of purple. and the skill itself uses purple icon_lol.gif

    that was even more ridiculous

    Sorry, i must have slept through pre-buff Loki. How was the first version so overpowered? It seems like a minor change?

    Oh I see. It would change all the tiles the same color? That would be awesome.

    I find the philosophies interesting.

    Rags should be better than Thor because 3* > 2*. Except all 4*s bite, so rarity is no guarantee of power beyond higher level maximums.

    Rags is a dodgy clone of Thor, who has less control over the elements, is less powerful and ultimately is killed by Thor. But does/should the storyline have any influence on power? While popular, Wolverine's power set isn't that flash as reflected by his 4* versions, so maybe?

    Marvel may even be unhappy if the best character in the game is a C list villain.

    Beyond the end of the game as we know it wailing, Rag's nerf means we will still use him where appropriate. He's still the only green using villain, and his red green combo also makes him stand out in the black purple dominated dark avengers group.

    He's still the premiere tank in lightning rounds, requiring time to take down and deterring attack. Even more so now that his nerf means attackers can no longer output the same damage levels. He also still remains a top 3 damage dealer in lightning rounds, now behind magneto and maybe doom.

    I learned that all this time I wasn't actually playing Marvel Puzzle Quest but rather Ragnarok Puzzle Quest, given all the Rag users quitting the game because aparrently the other 29 characters are unusable.

    He's part of my all annoying team. Him spidey and original black widow. They will steal all your ap, throw out random stuns and heal once in a while. I'm hoping people will just skip them when they come up in pvp

    I spent 2500HP on him and also like few of us I will do it again. Thanks to him I won a lots of other covers. Spending money is a different case.
