Progress not counting in Smashing Hulk tournament

I was excited to be able to pick a time to play the tournament and chose one a couple days from now with an afternoon end time. When I fight in the tournament though, when I win it is groundhog day; it counts my points in the finishing screen, but when I click away from that I have zero progress in the tournament and no rewards. This Really sucks since this is one that counts in the Season and I already have at least a half a dozen fights (at least) that are like they never happened . I am a PC user that plays through Steam. I see some people seem to have some points in the tournament I am in, but I show zero.

Same thing happening here. I notice top ten shows points, but everyone has zero showing down where I am. No progression rewards have been given out to me, either. Playing on PC, no other problems.

Same here. Got 27 points for my first match. Then nothing.
Thoroughly disappointed seeing as this event was the one shot for non-US players to have decent odds at obtaining a 3* without sacrificing sleep. And it was a 3* I actually still need covers for as well.

(Really; is there no feature in the game these developers can deliver without breaking something else horribly?)

Same here. I tried a couple of matches, the only thing that happens is my characters slowly loosing health points. This sucks and needs to be fixed NOW.
I was already confused when I entered the tournament and was listed as #16 before even playing the first match... Funny thing is, it still says I am #30, but with 0 points... I chose 10pm my time as ending time, if that has anything to do with it?!

Three matches, three wins, shows me gaining points, get back to main and I'm still sitting at zero.

Any kind of QA testing would've immediately revealed this...

Well; atleast finally something clicked into gear and points started flowing in from matches played one hour later.
Dollars to donuts these dodos didn't accurately take into account daylight savings time when converting their server time to local time on the game client.

I'm an android user and I'm having the same issue. I won 3-4 matches that gave points, but then the last 3-4 have been giving points but when I wuv the best one, it reverts to the previous score. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

I'm having this problem as well.

Done about 9 rounds, only 2 of them have counted.

I'm in the second to last time slot (ends 1am EST).

I started and climbed to about 70 on the first teams in my nodes. I then closed the game for a bit and came back to the same problem. I beat 2 or 3 teams and noticed I had no points from the endeavor. Later I was able to gain points in the morning.

Started the match that ends at 1:00 PM PST on Friday. I started after the time slot was open.
Teams I first killed were seed teams.
Did not get points for player teams.
Problem is over for now, but I am reading that other players say they are having similar issues.

Same here. Got some points for my first three fights. my last two nothing. one was around 5 hours ago and the other was about an hour. should have about 70 more points than I do. Andriod user. Since there is a season going on I've been playing the simulator because I want my points to count towards a season....

I got the same as Wolveroach, just started playing on my PC when home from work after choosing an ending time this morning. Works fine for Moon Roach on Android though.

Hey devs, can we have some acknowledgement that you see these issues and have logged them?

I'll give it a couple of hours. If no points appear, I'll use that handy help button.

One thing, if I'm still on 0 that should mean that I get easier opponents in the nodes, which means maybe it's a chance to farm some ISO.

Looks like I'm not alone in this issues then as someone else has said I was happy to be able to pick a time that meant I could stand a chance at placing high as it didn't end at 5am or something daft only to find none of my points are counting *hulk sad*

Damn, it happened on Android. I got the notification that I'd got the Heroic token for 1800 season points, then no token and the points from the win were gone. Next match was okay, so it's sporadic.

It wouldn't be so bad if the damage my guys took also disappeared and I got back the team-up I used. If I don't get the benefit of the win I shouldn't have to suffer the consequences in terms of health packs, team-ups or time spent twiddling thumbs while healing.
