I still do this. I always build first, respec later. Even if 5/3/5 isn't optimal for say, Punisher, better to run at 5/3/5 than 3/3/5, at least get the extra (slim) benefit from the Molotovs until you get the Green. That's worth it to me (when transitioning) more than the 1000iso lost from not selling them outright.
