Cannot access leaderboards for finished events

There's a thread in the bugs forum for this issue.

There should be some awareness of issue on D3's part, but I haven't seen any response that they are aware and actively working it other than a PM I sent to a few red names being read.0 -

Hi,
I can confirm that the developers are aware of the issue. I'm sorry but I don't have anything further I can add at this point. If I get additional info I'll update.

As of the end of the PvE, still broken...0
-
Now the Unstable iso leaderboards won't load either.0
-
I can't access the leaderboards for this last pve either.0

D3 leader boards are broken. Really hard to run an alliance with this problem. Fix it. You have one job.0

+1 to all of this. I need to be able to track member performance for our alliance. This has implications for more than just the one PVP event since we need all PVP event scores to calculate each member's end of season Shield Simulator scores.
Please fix this by adding the PVP results back to the game for 24 hours or by contacting concerned alliances and sending them their member scores individually.
Thanks0 -

I know I'm setting myself up for a bunch of work, but if you need data, PM me. I can pull the scores and placements of any of the players/Alliances affected. I *can't* easily pull overall Alliance comparison rankings though. Well, technically doable, but there's no direct tool other than manual server queries.0 -

Until the problem is resolved, if you have the rankings tab up at the end of the event (before it's over), I believe it will stay up (as long as you do not exit it). This way you can get the info you want. Probably would also be easy to screen shot it before the event ends (just in case).0 -
A small update from the devs:
Unfortunately, this one is looking like a client bug which means a fix can take longer to arrive. It's still being worked on, but we'd ask for your continued patience.
Thank you.0 -
Can we get our alliance members' results for all the affected events sent to us?0
-
Still an issue.0

While I'd like to know my alliance's results, I'll just let my alliance run a little wild till this get's resolved (I hope soon.) Since we aren't top 100, as long as we are all still earning 50 HP in Alliance rewards, I'm not going to start cracking down for the time being either.0 -
Build a small webpahe to query those results for user specified alliance0

Well, between it being a problem with the web / database servers and a bug introduced into the client by the last patch, I knew which way I was leaning. I was guessing the query sent over Teh InterWebz for closed events got mangled and can't be parsed at your end.
It doesn't seem like a big thing to fix, just fetch the version your code from TFS (or VSS or whatever source control repository you're using) that was labelled for the last release, rollback the introduced error, and release a patch to the patch. Then again, if it was that easy, of course you'd have done it by now.0 -
This makes running an alliance really frustrating at the moment.0

Well, here are 4 suggestions.
#1: PM IceIX, he can get you the results for each event.
#2: Set a score and a time before the event ends that you can check your alliance at.
#3: Just check the scores during the final minute. Sure there could be a small amount of variance due to attacks that finish in that last moment, but that should be very close if not perfect.
#4: Let your alliance have a bit more casual till this gets resolved (not really an option if you're gunning for top 100, but hey this isn't forever either.)0 -

#1 - I went the official route and the support muppets started regurgitating debile texts like 'that's classified information and we can't disclose it". Really? It's usually available to all the members, dammit. I'll try, but given Ice9 must have hundreds of PMs daily, I'm not holding my breath.
#2 and #3 - so I'm supposed to waste even more of my life with this game just because Demiurge can't code **** or are doing all their programming via freelancer.com?
#4 - not an option0 -

Please make your support team aware of the issue, too. Four days after my first request, they were genuinely surprised to hear leaderboards aren't working...
"We're not sure why you are unable to view the post-event leaderboards, but we will investigate it immediately."
Yeah, right. I'm not holding my breath, your reaction speed is usually awful.0 -

#1 Already did on Friday. I am sure he has been swamped with requests though so no reply received so far.
#2 Sorry, but I am not getting up at 5am every other morning just to check peoples scores.
#4 Its not about how casual people are playing. I have a record of everyone's scores in events since seasons started, that is now a far from complete record. I like stats and numbers and therefore find that frustrating.0
