  • I gotta say that this company is ran by complete idiots. Their business model would fail in any other field. The only reason they can survive now is that they have the Marvel name. I tell you, they deserve to go out of business.

    Past track record says; no, he and your alliance won't.
    D3/Demiurge CS has been repeatedly proven stingy with goodwill gifts or reimbursements, if you can even get them to come up with a proper response at all.
    There are a few stories citing 'excellent service' but those seem far and between. (And I have my suspicions if they're not made by shills hired by whatever external company is handling the CS for D3P/Demiurge...)

    Eh, I don't know... when I was mistakenly kicked off the forum, the response time was pretty good, as was the compensation (cover of choice, decent HP/iso). No complaints here. I've actually been hoping it'd happen again, just so I can upgrade my Punisher... And I'm certainly no shill, as I think many of my posts can attest to. :p

    But the forum side of things may be dealt with by someone different from the IG side of things? Null clue.

    Either way, it does seem as though they need to fix the method they use to determine who gets sandboxed.

    Just as a note, I don't have any direct push with the team involved with the cheat detection/sandboxing/review stuff. I can (and do) point out cases to them when they're brought up to me, but don't expect miracles from my hands alone. I don't make policy there.

    Don't hold your breath for this. You'll get sent back to the game and that's it. I lost dozens of boosts in the glitch of the previous month that for some reason weren't reinstated when they patched the problem. It took them three weeks to give me EXACTLY the boosts that I had lost and nothing else, even though I complained that for three weeks I was really needing those boosts and not having them while some people were experiencing the glitch in a different way and harvesting infinite boosts. Oh and when they finally returned my boosts, I had obviously acquired some more as rewards through those weeks, so I actually just got a handful and the rest were lost beyond the max of 30. D3 ain't big in compensation.
